About this property

PATSYS AT SMITHS LAKE

Family friendly!!!
Large and comfortable 2 storey , 4 bedroom home with the living area opening onto a large outdoor decking ( consisting an outdoor kitchen ) overlooking the spectacular water views. High ceilings with timber floorboards throughout.

Main area consists of 3 bedrooms (Bed 1 with ensuite), great living area, dining room, main bathroom, and a large brand new modern kitchen that all overlook the beach and lake. Air conditioning all year round as well as a slow burning wood fire combustion heater.

Main bedroom - 1 x queen, 1 baby cot.
2nd bedroom - 1 x queen,
3rd bedroom - 2 x Tri bunks

Downstairs we have a large bedroom, another bathroom, the laundry, as well as a huge rumpus/games room which also opens onto another decking.

4th bedroom - 1 x Tri bunk plus 1 x single.


LINEN/TOWELS are supplied at no additional cost.

Local Attractions

SMITHS LAKE....

With the famous Frothy Coffee Boatshed, is great for children and water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, water skiing and swimming. It is closed to the ocean the majority of time by Sandbar beach.

The Village has an excellent butcher, baker, cafe, general store and bottle shop. Booti Booti and Myall lakes National Parks are great for the 4WD enthusiast. A great 9 hole golf course is also nearby at Sandbar.

THE BEACHES...

Boomerang, Blueys, Elizabeth and Amaroo are our closest beaches. Boomerang and Blueys are great for surfing, with Elizabeth the best for families and children as it is patrolled by the Pacific Palms Surf Club. Amaroo beach is also ideal for smaller children as the water is calm and shallow.

LOCAL CLUBS....

Great food, TAB facilities and courtesy bus available at both the local Bowling Club and the Recky Club.

Gorgeous Location and Home
Such a gorgeous home. Very clean upon arrival, the breeze flows throughout the home and with views of bush turkeys, possums and birds we never wanted to leave. The house came with everything neccessary for a flawless trip. Thankyou Angelo for providing us with this lovely home, I will definitely return. Fantastic for the 12 of us on our schoolies trip!

Very nice place!
Thank you very much, it was a pleasure to stay at this house. The house is nicely decorated, the location is perfect and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. Cleanliness is another advantage! The game room did not let us get bored on the evenings, and the large tables and grill allowed us to dine together in a wonderful atmosphere with the birds singing. thank you and I recommend!

Perfect property..
As quite a large group we stayed at this property for a weekend getaway.. I could not rate this property highly enough.. It's a nice a quiet location in a very picturesque part of the world.. The house itself is well appointed and has a good layout.. The beds are comfortable and the house was very clean with spectacular views of the lake and ocean.. The only complaint I could have was that the lounges are a bit dated with minor rips and the TV reception is a bit scratchy and there is no FOXTEL but these are only very minor issues for what was a pleasurable stay.. Whilst there we had a minor issue at the property and the owner Angelo dealt with the issue without fuss quickly for us.. Again brilliant place for a getaway for the family or with mates for a weekend..

Peace and quiet - did I mention the view
We had a lovely weekend at Grandview. Very comfortable and spacious home with room for everyone. We lived on the back veranda and sunroom.

Wonderful and Homely
It was a comfortable and cosy place to stay, and my friends really enjoyed our time here! The view was stunning from the balcony, especially to watch the sunrise, and a relaxing place to dine. It was in a convenient location, close to beaches, and the neighbourhood was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed everything, the facilities were great and we will definitely come back again!

Enjoyed coming up here when the kids were young so I purchased a home. Fantastic for one or 2 small families.
