Chestnut Glade Cottages

Enjoy a peaceful stay amidst an orchard of some 400 chestnut trees and at the same time soak up the many delights of our cottages.

Lucenti cottage is two bedroom with 1 QS and 2 single beds, with a large lounge and kitchen. Breakfast provisions are provided for a fully cooked breakfast. There is an open fireplace plus DVD player and airconditioning and heating.
The bathroom will delight you with it\'s double spa and mood lighting reflected through the pebblestones. Laundry facilities are also available. Pets allowed in this cottage.

Relax in total privacy at our secluded self contained cottages, offering contemporary luxury accommodation, set within an orchard of chestnut trees. Every season is beautiful at Chestnut Glade.
Come and enjoy the tranquility and the view of some of victorias most beautiful mountain forests.
The Self contained cottages have spas and open wood fires. Lucenti is a family cottage, but can accommodate a couple. It is complete with laundry and plenty of room outside for the kids to explore. You can even bring your pet.
The 20 acre property is planted with over 400 chestnut trees and virgin bush out the back. A large dam is also situated on the property. Nearby Mt Dom Dom looms large on the edge of the mountain backdrop to the orchard.The stars on a clear night are magnificent to behold. The cottages will delight you with its tasteful modern decor also providing ample space to move around, and views from all windows. A large open wood fire is sure to delight, as well as the bathroom with a double spa. Generous breakfast provisions for a fully cooked breakfast are left for you to partake at your leisure. A gas barbeque is also provided on the patio.
Come and enjoy relaxing on the patio and soaking up the peacefulness of the area while admiring the kookaburras and other birdlife present.

Serenity at its best!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Chestnut Glade Lucenti cottage. The cottage was beautiful with the woodfire, spa and all the amenities making our stay perfect. The property was peaceful and secluded and the blanket of leaves from the chestnut trees all over the property delighted our girls. The breakfast provisions supplied were exceptional and the coffee pod machine was wonderful. We look forward to staying again.

Beautiful spot

A relaxing holiday in this beautiful location. We had everything we needed. Extremely well-stocked fridge with everything for a huge breakfast supplied. Clean and comfortable, with a lovely fire-pace.

Brilliant place

Loved our stay ! The owners really have thought of everything. The breakfast provisions were quite generous and made for lovely mornings. Dog friendly, our dog loved the walk up the back of the property.

It was so comfortable and spacious for a one bedroom cottage, the double spa is amazing overlooking the Japanese Garden. The breaky was very nice and so much! Next time we'll try the Lucenta which I'm sure will be just a nice.

The cottage was excellent and the surrounds so peaceful, apart from the "plop" of the chestnuts falling to the ground which was certainly part of the experience. It was refreshing that what you saw on the website was what you actually got. The breakfast provisions were more than ample and thought had certainly been given to all the little things you might need whilst away but might not have had the room to pack. May it also be said that the owners had no hestitation responding to a text message at 9pm on Saturday night when asked about something so trivial as the television. We had a great time and would certainly recommend the cottage to our family and friends.

Peaceful and rejuvenating

Gorgeous cottage in beautiful surroundings, including the stunning Chestnut trees and the diverse birdlife. A beautiful place to relax, be still and feel grounded. Thank you for the wonderful experience and the kind hospitality with vegan requirements. We had such a wonderful stay and we are looking forward to a return visit.

Beautiful oasis

We absolutely loved our stay. The property is gorgeous and really conveniently located. Close to Healesville and Marysville. We loved the fireplace. The bath was divine. And the general atmosphere of the property was so calming and lovely. Our dogs loved it too!

Amazing property

This property is just amazing! House itself is clean and has great ambience! Fireplace is amazing after a day out! The territory is perfect for family stay. Kids run around and play with leaves. It is also so picturesque around. We absolutely enjoyed our stay!

Tranquil, full of light and clean.

We will definitely be back. The beds were comfortable, the space was clean and very usable. The generous breakfast was fresh, plentiful and very much appreciated for a relaxed start to the day. The location was perfect-away from the noise, yet close to Healesville, Marysville and a quick trip to Steavenson Falls, which we discovered are beautiful at night. And the late departure time is the perfect ending.

Perfect Getaway

Relax in the orchard

The setting of this property is exceptional. If privacy and tranquillity are what you are looking for, a stay among the trees in this chestnut orchard would fit the bill. Huge flocks of sulphur-crested cockatoos and King parrots enjoyed the trees - and in April, the ripe chestnuts - as much as we did. The facilities and fittings were exceptional too. The heated bathroom floor was a delightful surprise.

Beautiful & Relaxing Getaway

My family and I had the most relaxing and enjoyable time at this beautiful property. The grounds were amazing and spacious and our German Shepherd loved exploring the bush when on walks. The cottage was lovely, it was clean and extremely comfortable, great spa and warm fireplace on those chilly nights. We stayed at the property for four nights and could have stayed much longer, we loved it as did our dog. We will definitely return.

Peace and quiet

We were very pleasantly surprised - lovely quiet chestnut grove, as the name suggested. Very well appointed cottage with generous touches like coffee machine with capsules, and lovely breakfast provisions.

Cozy cottage with stunning views

A perfect weekend getaway spot to relax and enjoy the magestic scenery this area has to offer. We loved stoking up the fire each night and watching the array of friendly birds visit the orchard in the morning. Fantastic!

Chestnut Glade is a piece of paradise

Serene and Relaxing

We had a wonderful stay at Lucenti. The house has everything you need to stay put but is well located for exploring Healesville and the Yarra Valley. Even though we were only there for one night we emerged feeling relaxed and renewed.
