We loved Kaylan House. It was perfect for our group of 4 couples embarking on an Australian adventure and making Hamilton Island our first stop. The weather was not good but we honestly were so thrilled with our accommodation that we did not care!!! I highly recommend this beautiful home.

Our family was reuniting after 7 years of not being all together. This visit was truly a dream come true. Hosts were attentive. Ensured we were set up for valet. Breathtaking views. Breathtaking amenities. Take every chance you can get to stay at the Kaylan.

A post wedding retreat

9 of us travelled to this amazing property following a wedding in Surfer’s Paradise. Kaylan house didn’t disappoint! It housed all 9 of us comfortably, and had every amenity we needed. The island was easy-going and allowed for the perfect relaxing retreat. One of the highlights of our stay was the flying foxes that appeared every night after dusk, we had an amazing view from the deck!

Mums trip away.

We were super impressed with this property. Even better the communication with Evelyn and Stephan. They were so helpful, so patient and very attentive. The property was spacious and clean and 9 of us stayed here very comfortably. Valet service was great, and we were even offered a late checkout. Location and views from all levels were our highlight. Thank you so much and we will be sure to visit again x

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

Huge home on three levels with fantastic marina views. Great for our family group of 7 with four ensuited bedrooms, home theatre on top floor and generous lounge area on middle floor. Huge dining tables indoor and outdoor. Great kitchen with walk in pantry. Your own golf buggy during your stay - great for trips up to One Tree Hill for sunset drinks and getting luggage to and from house. Walking distance to marina, resort and pools.

Great Family Home

We had 3 families with kids of varied ages and we found the home was large enough to give everyone their own space whilst common areas were perfect for all to gather. Home was clean, well equipped and location we found perfect. Basic amenities ran out like dishwashing tablets and toilet paper and when the weather turned poor there was no pay TV set up, which would be nice at this price point. That said, the coffee machine was great and stocked with coffee too. The steps are a little much for young kids or parents having to lug babiesnup and down but we managed fine. Evelyn was always pleasant, prompt in correspondence and accommodating. Would recommend and return on a future trip.

Kaylan House was everything it promised to be. As a large group of family and friends, we found Kaylan House to offer all we needed. Evelyn went out of her way to ensure our stay would be comfortable and easy (even to the point of putting our delivered groceries away and having cold beer in the fridge, one day prior to our arrival). The house is located in a fabulous spot making walks to the Marina and pools easy for all our young children. All we needed to take were our clothes - EVERYTHING else is there (even toys and childrens dvd's)...a true plus when travelling with children. The friendship provided by Evelyn and her flexibility to meet some of our strange requests only showed the true professionalism for which Kaylan House has earned its fantastic reputation.

Fantastic Stay - Highly Recommend

We had a recent stay at Kaylan arriving New Years Eve for 8 nights. I travelled with my 4 adult children and 2 of their partners. The layout, amenities and location of the house made it perfect for our stay. Evelyn the owner was an absolute delight to deal with and answered all my questions promptly. I can't wait to return and I am planning a girls trip this year.

Great house for a group

We were a large group staying at Kaylan House and two nearby apartments for a 40th birthday. The house is excellent. Well equipped, aircon and fans in all bedrooms and living areas, superb views and perfectly located. It is easy walking distance to marina and Resort side of the island where pools and beach are. The only slight negative was the battery life of the buggy. To be fair it is advertised as being suitable for short trips only and that is the case. For exploring the island or more extended use you will need to hire another buggy. I would highly recommend this house and based on extensive research think it is great value.

Best value for your hard earned holiday dollar.

From the warm greetings at the airport to the well equiped property with stunning views across the marina, we were delighted with Kaylan. 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms & ample living/ dining space provided a comfortable base for our stay on Hamilton. We checked out several other properties on the island that had been rented by other family members & came away convinced we had achieved better value for our money.
