We loved the view but we were a bit disappointed with the condition of the apartment. Having owned an apartment on Hamo before we think this one definitely needs an upgrade. The loungeroom fan wobbled so couldn’t be left o . The A/C in the lounge didn’t seem to be working properly. As for the bed, the plastic top on the mattress was horrible. It just made you sweat and we needed to ask for an extra mattress protector. It helped a little but was not the solution.

Thank you for your detailed feedback regarding your stay at Whitsunday Apartment East 1305. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the view, but we’re very sorry that the condition of the apartment and some of the amenities did not meet your expectations. We appreciate you letting us know about the lounge fan, A/C, and the mattress issue. These are certainly not the standards we aim to provide, and we will have the fan and A/C inspected and serviced, and we’ll review the bedding setup to ensure future guests have a more comfortable experience. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back with a much-improved stay in the future.
