Host was incredibly inattentive, no check in instructions, had to call VRBO for them to get in contact with the host for us. We found fruit snacks and cheez-its under the end table in the living room and a huge cockroach plus dead baby cockroaches in the upstairs bedroom. Also a light switch in the downstairs bathroom was broken. Mold in the laundry tub seal and the dryer lint trap was completely packed with lint! In addition, the bathtub in the master bedroom was moldy, the railing on the stairs had peeling paint and was sticky, and we were double charged for heating the pool.

Great location, the villa as a whole was amazing and had plenty of space. The pool and jacuzzi was amazing and the host was easy to communicate with. Would happily stay in this villa again!!

The house was spacious for our granddaughters and they enjoyed the pool. We did know that one day when we came back from an outing, someone must have been in the pool. A pool toy was missed and one of the loungers were wet as though someone else enjoyed the pool for the day. That didn't make us or our granddaughters very comfortable. Next time we would rent a VRBO back in a gated community, not a subdivision.

We had a great stay! The house is huge! Tons of rooms and bathrooms. And the game room was a hit. Grass in the back to play on too. The pool was great. Advice-bring a throw blanket or two. There were none that we could find. Ended up covering up on the couch with a beach towel. lol. I would say there ware some normal things around the house they didn’t have even a small bottle of. Like no dish soap. No laundry soap to get you started. A few things like that that you come to expect from vacation rentals, they didn’t have. Communication was a little hard to come by. Replies to questions took a while. All of that to say, we really did love the house and would stay there again. But we would just come more prepared.

Fantastic Stay

We had an absolutely fantastic time at the property. It was exactly as described very clean and very well resourced the pool was wonderful especially not being overlooked by anybody at the back 20 minutes to 30 minutes into Disney overall property was just fantasticApart from one particular hiccup, which was suitably resolved. Mario’s communication was fantastic and very supportive for like to thank him for letting us stay at the property. We certainly would love to go back there one day.

Ok but not great.

House was nice and plenty of room for everyone. We arrived at 430 and there was still a couple trucks and guys at the house which made my granddaughters a little uncomfortable. The night before our arrival i got a call from the host being rude saying i needed to respond to a mesage he had just sent 6 minutes earlier. My biggest concern was the hot tub doesn’t stay warm so everytime you leave the property it goes back to cold then takes 3 plus hours to get back to just a warm tub and never got hot. I followed all instructions i was given and it still never reached 90 degrees. I dont leave bad reviews but this host likes to argue so i felt the need to give everyone a heads up. I would not stay here or at any of this Host properties again.

Great stay, loved the house, especially the pool and hot tub area which was very private. Very good location close to several restaurants and Publix. Excellent communication with host before arrival and answering one question during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Spot for our Family!

My family (me, husband, and five kids under 10) stayed at this property for the month of February. It was wonderful! It's hard to list all of the great things about it, but here are a few!-Pool and hot tub. Oh my goodness, we spent hours in the pool! It was so nice! A 3 foot section for the littler ones and a 5 foot section that challenged the bigger ones to dive for toys and practice treading water. The hot tub was amazing in the evenings. It's very private back there, with just a large field in the back and fences/trees to provide privacy between houses. We paid extra for pool heat and didn't regret it. The pool was so comfortable.-Space. The house is very spacious. We had plenty of room between the five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The kids enjoyed the game room.-Location. I think this was the perfect distance from the parks. Far enough away that it's a bit quieter, but certainly close enough for a quick jaunt to Disney or other Orlando attractions. Showcase of Citrus is right up the road, and we went there multiple times. -Host. Mario was very attentive to our needs throughout our long stay.We would love to come back. Highly recommend.

One of the best

I always look at reviews when searching for a place to stay. I tend to choose places that have some reviews that seem a bit unfair to the home owner. This was definetly one that had some unfair comments. This was a amazing home! The host was very responsive and engaging. The location was the best I have stayed at in Florida near the parks.There was everything you could think of not far from the house. The beds were comfortable and clean. The home was decorated nicely but, also very comfortable. The pool area was nicely decorated and the pool and hot tub well maintained. There was plenty of dishes, bedding, kitchen wares and towels for us and many more. The tvs were nicely set up with many options of movies to watch.If someone did not want to watch a movie they could read one of the multiple books available or go into the game area. I think one thing people need to remember is that you are in someone’s home and that there will not be a pool person and cleaning crew everyday to check on things. This home was great and went way above my expectations. We are already planning another trip and will be booking this home. I also want to mention that I felt safe in this home. The homeowner put time and money into making sure people knew they were safe but, also comfortable. I am one who calls it as I see it and this home was a true gem in a pile of basic rocks.

True Talent All American Football getaway

We were in town for our sons All-American football game. This property was amazing! Everything was clean and the location was near all of the attractions. There is enough room in the house for everyone to have their own space. The kids enjoyed the game room and the pool. Communication was prompt with the host. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious vacation home

We had a seamless vacation. Mario was very quick to respond and answered all question. The house was clean,in a beautiful area and well stocked. There was enough room for us all to have our own space and still be together. We would definitely rent this house again when we come to visit our children who live in Kissimmee.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. There was more than enough space, the house had everything we could need, the host was very easy to contact, was super quick with responding. The house was centrally located in a great neighborhood and not a bad drive to Disney. I will definitely rebook!
