Ubicado en la comunidad Estates de Legacy Park, cerca de Disney.

Hospédese en nuestra casa de 5 dormitorios y 4 baños con todas las comodidades para hasta 10 personas.
La casa está ubicada aproximadamente a 10 millas de los parques temáticos y atracciones de Disney.

Esta casa cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, un estudio, acceso inalámbrico a Internet, una amplia barra de desayuno y comedor.
La casa cuenta con 2 suites de un dormitorio principal; uno en cada piso.
Tenemos una habitación King más, así como con 2 habitaciones dobles; los gemelos pueden estar hechos para niños según sea necesario.

En la gran sala podrá disfrutar de la televisión por cable de 55 "y Blu-ray, con sus amigos y familiares.
El estudio es un área ideal para los niños, con un televisor de 32 pulgadas, Xbox One, Roku (para sus necesidades de transmisión) y una biblioteca para relajarse en otro lugar.
La casa también tiene dos comedores, uno formal y el otro "rincón" junto a la cocina.
También hay taburetes en el mostrador del desayuno, por lo que hay muchos asientos para su familia.

En el exterior hay una gran área de cubierta con una piscina cerrada con pantalla con hidromasaje, (el calor de la piscina está disponible como un extra opcional).
El área de la cubierta tiene muchos muebles de patio cómodos para relajarse, comer, tomar el sol o pasar el rato debajo de la gran terraza cubierta.
Hay una parrilla de propano disponible para su uso. La casa también tiene una valla de seguridad alrededor de la piscina para la seguridad de los niños.

El garaje triple se ha convertido en una sala de juegos, donde encontrará una mesa de billar, futbolín y mesas de air hockey. Junto con un estéreo y una selección de CD.

También hay un amplio cuarto de servicio que contiene una lavadora / secadora, cestas de lavandería, plancha y tabla de planchar y en los muchos armarios de la villa encontrará toallas y ropa de cama.

Family Get Away

Everything was as described. Nice pool and outside pool area with enough room for our party of 8. Close to Disney. Quiet neighborhood and was very relaxing. Would recommend this property to everyone. Steve and Denice were very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful spacious home

The property was exactly as listed online. The bedrooms were large, the bathrooms were large. No one had to fight for bathroom space. The kitchen had a beautiful set up and the outside are was everything you could want

Lovely family holiday home.

Perfect getaway!

This property was very clean and spacious with plenty of room for everyone. In close proximity to the Disney parks as well as the beach. We really enjoyed ourselves. Would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to travel to the Orlando area!

Second wonderful stay

This is the second time we have been to this property and it was just as good as the first time. There were 7 adults on this trip and there was plenty of room and places to relax. Thanks to the owners for being so accommodating and making our holiday perfect.

Family trip

This house is beautiful with ample space for our whole group. Everybody loved the pool area, where we spent most of our time. We only had a couple issues in which the owners are going to check into. Overall we had a great stay

Group R&R birthday

Great location close to everything. My only issue was with the shower soap, super small bars, and lack of extra toilet tissue. We would rent here again.

Loved it!!!

We had an amazing time. The home was absolutely beautiful. Loved having some much room to relax and enjoy in. Had everything we needed to make for a wonderful vacation. We have stayed in other homes throughout the years but this home is by far our top pick. Hope to return again soon.

Disney & Universal Trip

We booked to stay in the Villa for almost 2 weeks and had a fantastic time.The kids really enjoyed staying in this Villa and were amazed at the size of the rooms, and the pool made for some great fun times after returning from busy days at the parks.The location is nice and quiet and is convenient for all of the parks, only being about a 20 minute drive away. The booking process was easy and when we asked to make the odd change such as adding an extra day and then adding an extra person, the requests were quickly granted without any issues whatsoever.Communication with the owners was thorough and any questions we had were quickly answered. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this property as a base in Orlando and will happily return for a future trip.

Wonderful property with plenty of room

We stayed May 14-21. The house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The lanai was a great gathering place at the end of the day. Loved the big kitchen. We were happy to see that one person in our party who uses a wheelchair was able to maneuver around easily once inside the house.

We couldn't have been more pleased with this property. Made for an excellent week. The owner communicated quickly to turn the pool heat on as it was a little chillier than we expected. Would definitely rent this property again.

Vacation home close to theme parks

This home was very spacious and clean. We were able to spread out and enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. One thing to note though is there were no paper towels, extra toilet paper, dish detergent or laundry detergent. Those kinds of staples would have been helpful to have on hand.

Shawn, Glad you enjoyed staying at our property as this is a self catering home, we supply a toilet roll in each toilet and trash bags in all rooms including the kitchen bin, if any other supplies are required you must provide your own which is the normal thing for rental properties. We are not a hotel.

Just Perfect for Us!

This house worked out just perfectly for our party of 9 teens and adults. There is soooo much space we didn’t feel on top of each other. I also don’t feel we could beat the value. We were close enough to the parks that we didn’t feel like we spent alot of time driving but were still far enough away from the craziness in a quiet little neighborhood to get in some R&R. It was great to have a private pool! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

We loved the house and would stay again

The house was immaculate and had all the amenities you could think of. Ten of us were more than comfortable. Every room was spacious, the kitchen was stocked with anything we needed, the pool and hot tub were a pleasure. There was extra towels and bedding, the neighborhood was nice and very local to everything. We rent vacation houses often and this was by far our best stay. The property management called to check in. I would love the opportunity to rent again in the future.

Beautiful, spacious house

Absolutely loved our rental! This was my first time trying to book a house in Florida, and it couldn't have went better. The owner was very accomodating when our travel plans changed and allowed us to move our booking without issue. Once we got to the home, the check in process was easy with instructions being provided a few days before. The house itself was beautiful and spacious. Our group of 9 had plenty of room and the home had everything we needed in order to make our vacation relaxing and easy. The pool and hot tub were amazing, and the deck around the pool was spacious and provided ample seating and dining space. I can't say enough good things about this home. Our family loved it and we hope to rent again the next time we're in Florida. Legacy park is beautiful!

Beautiful Home and Nice Stay

We had a fabulous time at this Gorgeous Home. The kitchen was well furnished with all utensils, pans, etc. Make sure to bring your own spices, dish washing liquid, detergent, anything you want to cook with as there wasnt anything available (which is common for most vacatioin homes). The pool was amazing. The home was very spacious, large rooms. Game room was great! The only thing negative I have to add was that the matresses were really as bad as was mentioned in many reviews. I did speak with the host and mentioned this and he said that they were scheduled to replace these later this year, so that was good news as with comfortable Matresses this house would be AMAZINGLY PERFECT! Still highly recommend this home.

Florida Family Trip

The property was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. We loved the size of the home and really made the best use out of the pool. The only suggestions I can make are be prepared to purchase paper towels, dish detergent and laundry detergent. It is expected for you to start the laundry before you checkout but none is provided to you. I think that is cheap. All of the mattresses are solid hard and need a pillow topper or replaced with something not cheap. The outside pool area toys and floats need to be replaced as well. Other than that, we had a good stay and would stay again of the above were addressed.

Hi Donna Glad you enjoyed staying in our home. I would like to address some of the issues raised in your feedback. It is normal practice for rental accommodation to provide toilet rolls and bin bag and one dishwasher tablet on arrival. You as a guest are expected to buy the rest for your stay, you are renting the property not the added sundries. Yes you are expected to start a wash with the laundry detergent nothing out of the ordinary there, we rented over 20 years ago before buying a property and we expected to do the same, so nothing has changed. You mentioned outside pool toys - what outside pool toys, we do not purchase or provide those for your use, if you want them you buy them The ones that were there were most probably from the previous guest. If you do decide to rent with us again you will still need to purchase the items you need on arrival.
