Well equipped cottage.

The cottage is a good base to explore the surrounding area. Very comfortable to come back to each day. The Victory Hotel just minutes away is a great place to eat.

"Perfect Family Beach Getaway"Perfect family beach getaway

This beach getaway house was the perfect spot for a family vacation. Just a short 5-minute drive to the beach, the location was incredibly convenient. The property was tidy, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a great time and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable escape.

So quiet and peaceful

My family had a lovely time staying here, plenty of room for relaxing and for entertaining friends. Lovely lawn for the kids to run around on, a quiet dead end street so the kids could scooter safely. And comfy beds too!

Perfect Getaway!

What a perfect spot for our first family holiday. The house is lovely, big, lots of space with every bit of comfort you need. Feels like a home away from home. Jen was FANTASTIC to plan our trip with and was so helpful.The BBQ area and big backyard made it a wonderful summer getaway. Already booked our next stay :) Thanks

Home away from home!

We spent eleven days at 'Getaway' and totally enjoyed it. The house is like a 'home away from home', very neat with everything you may want and very functional. It also has a lovely surprise in the form of an ocean view from the front rooms and decking! It is in a quiet location but is close to everything the Fleurieu' peninsula has to offer. Jen the owner was very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. We cannot wait to come back and stay at getaway again! Hopefully in the warmer months.

Great clean and tidy holiday home... top view

We came for a wedding and loved the house and the cleanses! Had everything you could want! Really liked the deck and distant view of the ocean! Would definitely recommend and would love to come back one day... beautiful beach....

Perfect family summer holiday

Our family had a fantastic stay here. The house was neat and well appointed with everything you need. It provided an excellent base for exploring the regions beaches, wineries and restaurants and relief from the heat in the middle of the day with the aircon and sea breezes. We loved eating at The Victory Hotel and the Sellick Beach takeaway was a good option for fish and chips, ice cream and stunning beach sunsets!

Lovely property

Our family really enjoyed our time at the property. It was really well laid out and had everything we needed. The sunsets are gorgeous and the property was close to all the attractions we were interested in. Our host was very helpful as well.

Very comfortable and well equiped

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Getaway Sellick's beach, good place for a base to explore the peninsula and surrounded by golf courses. WE had a great two month vacation here.

What an excellent place to get away to. Communication with Jen was very good and instant. Horizons was spacious,clean,well presented and had everything anyone would need if they just turned up for a last minute stay. Trying to find any negatives about our stay at Horizons was impossible except maybe the walk to the beach was further than we hoped. But the beach would have to rate amongst the best in SA.

a most enjoyable stay

we were there for the Xmas period and enjoyed a lovely time at GETAWAY. there was everything we needed including a sharp knives (and a knife sharpener) ... most holiday homes have blunt knives - frustrating if you're a cook. the view is very lovely and everything is neat and tidy. thank you for a memorable Christmas. We will be back.
