Set on half an acre of garden with fruit trees, the house is well suited for couples, groups of 6 adults or families. Tastefully decorated you will enjoy a freshly renovated lounge with wood fire and a brand new bathroom with walk in shower. 3 bedrooms, 2 with very comfortable queen sized beds and 4 bunk beds. Small retro style galley kitchen for simple meals equipped with Nespresso coffee machine. Holiday with your pet with the fenced yard. Boat parking on site. Freycinet the East Coast and local wineries are at your doorstep. 100 metres from the beach, 200 metres from the pier for fishing and the boat ramp, with boat parking on site, 9 hole golf course overlooking the sea in town.

Homey Beach House

We really enjoyed our time at Swansea house, it felt like visiting my Grandma's home with the lovely porch, and older established garden and the historic and very homey, comfortable feel. The bed was very comfortable and we really appreciated having a washer and dryer to use as this was out last stop before flying out and I don't like packing wet and dirty clothes particularly seeing it rained during our stay. Thank you.

Little Miss Sunshine - 1950s beach babe

What a ray of sunshine on a bleak day. Could not help but be charmed by this little 1950s beach house, even the original kitchen. She does not pretend to be someone that she is not. Loved the original features, loved the space inside, loved the working fireplace, loved the deck and views, loved the garden with fruit trees, rooms light and bright. I could just imagine a Nanna in the garden and a pop bringing the boat out of shed - a very happy time had.

Great location and dog friendly!

Fantastic family beach house!!

The things we loved about Swansea House: Great position, fantastic view, really good fire & wood (important for winter holiday), comfy beds, fenced yard - perfect for dogs, quaint retro bathroom & kitchen, stunning deck. Always somewhere pleasant to sit playing games or reading, all times of day. Good variety of board games. Close to cafes and IGA. Best holiday house ever!!!
