The condo was fantastic, very clean and the community was fantastic! Our host was easy to communicate with throughout the trip. I would recommend this property to friends and family!

Everything was as advertised. We did not spend much time in the condo and didn’t utilize any of the amenities in the complex. But we were very close to our point of interest and got a good night’s sleep.

Lots of bathroom space. Hot water was low though. Plenty of beach supplies and towels. Well kept. Enjoyed our one night stay.

Clean and well stocked. Excellent communication by the host. Great location. If you go, try the artisan’s faire down the street and plan to sit for the live music.

The property was in a great location and well maintained. The Condo itself was nicely appointed and clean! The owner was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely recommend this Tropical Townhouse to my family and friends. Loved our stay!

The kitchen was fully equipped, and the space was large and well laid out. You are near Keahou Bay and lots of action but are truly out of the fray. The air conditioner does not go below 76 degrees, leaving it quite warm at night. Overall a great value, if you don't mind being too warm

We made Ashok's condo our home base for a ten-day visit to the Big Island. The location was perfect - just 20 minutes from downtown Kona, close to farms, national parks, and historical sites. The condo was well-supplied with kitchen condiments and beach items, including towels, snorkels, and beach chairs. Ashok was excellent with communication and provided us with lots of information on what to expect.

Ashok was very sweet the entire time. The upstairs is funky in an adorable and tropical way. A lot of the blinds are broken and say don’t use so there’s not tremendous way to block out the heat. The kitchen is great for the basics and the couches were comfortable. The air conditioning does not cool down the upstairs with any sort of haste. Heat rises, turning off the lights also turns off the fans, and if you forget to turn the AC to 85 before leaving, they will do it remotely. The AC only goes as low as 76, so if you need cold then this is not the place for you. The downstairs stays cooler. The bedrooms share a wall that the headboard of each bed sits against, but the sounds of each others TV was pretty well muted. Bedroom 1 does not have a closet, and the windows look out to the pool/ the other condos right across the sidewalk so I didn’t open my curtains. The darkness helped keep it cool. There are 3 drawers in the bedside table. The closet has the washer in it which prevents the doors from closing. The rest of the closet is filled with beach items, pool noodles, coolers etc. parking is about 200ft from the condo, though there’s a temporary lot you can use for dropping things off. All in all, I really liked the vibe of the place and the host was great and super responsive. No real substantial or nice beaches anywhere near by, but the pool is super warm and only 5ft deep. Bianellis pizza is out of this world good. Really need a car if you’re staying here. Good access w car.

We four adults enjoyed our stay here very much. The condo is spacious with excellent amenities. Kitchen was amazingly well stocked. The condo is older, as other reviewers have noted, and there are a few issues that need addressing. The owner, Ashok, was easy to communicate with. We were present during a huge storm, and there were a couple of issues with that, but probably to be expected. Overall, a very good value.

We had a wonderful stay at this Kona condo! The space is comfortable and very private, with double suites each featuring their own bathroom—perfect for a relaxing two couple getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and we loved having a BBQ and pool just steps away. The gym was clean and well-maintained, and the nearby farmers market within walking distance was a real treat. Our property manager was attentive and incredibly responsive, making the whole experience seamless. Highly recommend!
