Fair, Honest & Ethical our 25th year renting Ocean Walk!

This beautiful two bedroom/two bath condo sleeps 8, has a full kitchen, washer/dryer and Jacuzzi tub in the Master bath.
Unlike a typical hotel room, this vacation rental gives you a spacious home environment where your entire family can gather and be together under one roof. With its fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer this vacation condo is perfect when you're planning to stay more than a few days.

For the entire family, this resort is a watery paradise, whether you opt to play in the pools - there are three outdoor heated pools - or run into the waves.
There's a waterslide and a " lazy river " where kids (and adults) can float lazily along on tubes. One pool includes an interactive, aquatic island playground. Ocean Walk Daytona Beach is car-free and kid-friendly.
Since the resort is right on the sand, it's easy to make quick runs to your room throughout the day, for snacks or breaks from the sun. Indoor and outdoor putting greens, a fitness center, game room and programs for both kids and adults (including the pleasant - sounding "ladies pampering days") round this resort out.
Just south of the resort is the historic coquina band shell, which often hosts free concerts. If you're gutsy, strap yourself into one of the scream-inducing thrill rides at the DAYTONA BEACH PIER.

Perfect Beach Trip

We stayed for a weekend getaway before school started back and it was perfect. The rooms were clean, the kitchen was stocked for us to be able to cook. Had a washer and dryer which was perfect! I would hugely recommend this stay for anyone!!

Great stay at Daytona

My sisters and I loved our stay here! Very spacious! It was so fun and convenient to stay right on the beach with a beautiful ocean view. We had a blast at the beach, pools, and hot tubs as well!

Great location!

I loved the location and the view from East to West! We felt like we were on top of the world! Being able to use all the amenities of the hotel is a huge plus. Only tip that we didn’t know about is not getting more towels or TP from the hotel side. So bring extra toiletries and wash the towels to reuse. Since we had a large group we used it all up quick. Will 100% be going back.

The condo unit(s) could have some updating. The 2124B, had a leaking refrigerator, a bathroom door that needed repairs before falling off, a washing machine that sounded horrible. We loved the location of the property.

The property was good. Rooms were as advertised. Need black out curtains in the bedrooms (most of the curtains missing hooks).Parking is extremely tight and very limited. If you plan to return your vehicle at night, parking will be a challenge. If you plan to go to the pool, go early. Pool deck is 100% shade by 3pm. Bring a fire stick, never could get the TVs to work. And number of devices on Wi-Fi is limited. Kitchen has some basic necessities.

Thank you for letting me know these issues, I will check the curtains and replace hooks, If you could not get the TV's working there were not on the correct input. One phone call to me and I would of had them working. If you needed any items for the kitchen I also would of made sure you received it. I am at this resort everyday and I want my guest to express any issues while they are there so I can fix them for you. This is a rental unit and many guest stay here one right after another due to the popularity of this resort. Kitchen items do go a missing Curtain hooks do come out due to being opened and closed constantly. Getting the correct input on a TV is an easy fix. I want our guest to be happy and enjoy their stay, I am sorry you had these issues.

We enjoyed the pools - some activities that were posted did NOT happen. When I asked I was told the manager would be contacted, but nothing happened. Kids were disappointed. Dive in movie at the indoor pool was good. Parking was tight - but the facility was always being cleaned.

Daytona Beach

We were very disappointed as the listing said direct ocean front balcony which it does not have. I reached out to the property manager and did not hear back from her until the next day. She denied it stated ocean front and questioned how many people we had staying there. I pointed out exactly where it stated that- she has since changed the listing to reflect ocean view. The view was nice for ocean view, however, it was disappointing because we thought we had direct ocean front which is very important to us on a beach vacation. The listing is also misleading to state that the heart shaped tub has ocean view- the master bedroom does, but the tub does not. The condo is very spacious and the resort was nice. We enjoyed the ability to rent chairs and umbrellas directly in front of the resort to enjoy the beach. We also enjoyed the pool area. Overall the room was nice but now what we were expecting.

I reached out to you the following morning very early you contacted me by email late in the evening. In the description it does not say ocean front for the view or the jacuzzi tub. And the reason I asked you how many guest because when you rented on VRBO you said ONE GUEST. Before you arrived I questioned how many people and you didn't answer me. I am sorry it wasn't ocean front but thank you for taking care of the condo.

Lots of room

Positive notes: There is plenty of room with three beds and two sofa sleepers. 2.5 bathrooms. We were not on top of each other at all. The view was excellent. Negative notes: The mattresses on every bed are so worn out. All of them need to be replaced. There were a lot of light bulbs out or missing. There was rotten food in the garbage disposal that was pretty gross, and maintenance came right up to reset the disposal so that we could attempt to get rid of the smell. The appliances are rusted, and they have tried to paint over the rust. All of the batteries in the remotes were dead. We sent text messages about it to the front desk, but they never responded. All of the tracks for the drawers in the furniture are broken, and you cannot get them back on track, we tried, but they are broken. It took a few tries to get our keys activated to get into our room, and then they kept on deactivating, but the time we checked out, only 1 out of the seven keys we had were working. Was it the worst place I have stayed at? Absolutely not. I would return to this location and stay again, but I would bring lightbulbs and batteries with me next time. I would honestly pack a mattress topper, but I don't pack like that. It's Daytona Beach; nobody goes there to stay in their rooms. Book the room, it's fine.

First thank you for staying with us, I cannot believe you wrote a review like this and then said" It's fine stay here" Second if you had contacted me I would have brought you light bulbs and batteries, I and my housekeeping are in the resort every day, Third I keep bulbs above the fridge, I would of told you there were bulbs there is it was evening hours, 99% of the guest never turn off lights We go thru bulbs like people drink water, I even tried the 2000 hour bulbs and they sure don't last 2000 hours. If you contacted me about the disposal why didn't you tell me about the other issues? Please where ever you stay if you have issues contact the owner not the front desk give them the benefit that they do not know bulbs and batteries are needed, I am sure you will have any issues resolved within hours if you contract the right people instead of putting it in a review

2124 Lockout

Really enjoyed the layout of this lockout, was perfect for the family, and the hotel amenities are great for children. Although you get a different color arm band, you still have full access (just no discounts at the stores in the hotel). The owner communication was fantastic, would highly consider staying in any unit that Cindy owned/managed, she is very responsive. Room was in need of cleaning, maintenance and updating, but overall had a great time.

Fourth stay on the property was the best.

Great place for time away

We spent the week here for Jeep Beach, the location was great, the facilities were clean and comfortable. Owners were super responsive when I had a minor issue and it was resolved immediately. The older reviews mentioned uncomfortable beds, that has been resolved, our bed was very comfy! The unit could use a little updating, but overall, it was a great stay. We look forward to staying here again in the fall.
