We had a great stay! The unit was as described, had a great view and plenty of room. Space is important to us since our youngest son is in a wheelchair. Easy to access and the instruction book was helpful. The customer service was so helpful regarding the delivery and pick up of a beach wheelchair. We appreciated it. Our only complaint (minor) is the 2 queen beds were very creaky/loud. But other than that we had a great stay.

Fantastic location right across the lawn from the beach. Close enough to the pool that it was easy to run back and forth but far enough that you heard only the ocean and not the kids at the pool out the slider. Host was quick to respond and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and comfortable unit with ocean views from every room. Very clean. Had everything we needed, plus some. The property is well maintained and the pool is fantastic. Candace is very accommodating and easily accessible. So glad we made the decision to stay in G104. Mahalo!

Beautiful property that made our vacation to Kauai special. The unit was very comfortable, well stocked, and located in the perfect spot to listen to the waves and enjoy the beautiful coastline. We are very pleased with the condo. The check-in process was easy and we loved the app. Location is super convenient with a grocery store and several restaurants nearby. The pool is awesome and the beach is beautiful. Beds are very comfortable and the unit is very spacious. Thank you!

Location was excellent

This was an excellent place for my family. The beach is accessible, right through the sliding doors and across the lawn. The location had a traffic light right in front of the property. This was very convenient, because the small roads are heavily travelled and difficult to cross, without a light.

We really enjoyed our stay in Kapa'a. The condo was beautiful, very clean and spacious. The property was wonderful. My mom enjoyed walking the beach in the mornings and my son had a blast in the pool. Anything we wanted to do was a short drive or walk to a few shops and restaurants nearby.

We had a great stay here! The view & walk to the beach/pool was the best part of choosing this condo! Clean, well stocked & great location. Easy to get to the North & South for day trips. Wonderful!

My wife and I and our 5 children stayed in this ground-level, ocean-facing walkout unit. Literally a one minute walk to the beach! We enjoyed watching two seals play on the beach one day. The beach is not as sandy as you might find at Hanalei or Kekaha, but was fine if you want to splash around or just soak in the environment. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we will definitely stay here again if we come back to Kauai!

Perfect Paradise Condo

We stayed in this wonderful condo while visiting Kauai and we were so impressed with the entire experience. The location is absolutely stunning with incredible views of the ocean and the sunrise was amazing every morning. The condo exceeded our expectations. It was extremely comfortable, the ability to open all the doors and feel the ocean breeze and natural light was so nice. It had all the amenities we could have wanted and the property itself is beautiful. You have a little privacy on the ground floor and the property was very quiet on our side. We had the perfect mix of exploring the island and activities and also having relaxing time playing games in our condo and simply enjoying a little paradise. I would highly recommend this property and we cannot wait to come back.

Lots of things to do in the area- property is well maintained and staff is responsive - we had a minor problem during our stay and it was quickly resolved after calling Candaceā€™s office. Would definitely I felt recommend this property.
