For vacations twice a year, I usually rent a different small beach condo for a week. We have had a wide variety of rentals and experiences. The beach view in this particular unit is excellent. The unit and general area were very pet-friendly, as indicated in the description. The host was immediately responsive answering initial questions accurately and with detail, checking in with me after arrival, and answering a heating/cooling operation question that arose during the first day of our stay. The unit and its furnishings were older, as accurately depicted in the photos, and comfortable. Plenty of linens and cookware were provided. The beach and covered parking were convenient. Other people in the complex were friendly. A Dollar Store, take-out, and dine-in food options were an easy walk. Being unfamiliar with VRBO, I made a significant error in the reservation. The host could not have been more gracious in making arrangements. It was a significantly better and more personal experience than I've had with many rental management groups. We will rent again from this host!

This was our second summer staying in this condo and it was just as wonderful as we remember it from last summer. Beautiful views of the ocean, lots of ocean/pool toys, outdoor and garage parking, all the supplies you need, two bathrooms, very welcoming and always quick to answer emails/questions.

Only complaint is fan blades need cleaning to circulate air as well as air ducts were dirty. otherwise everything was wonderful and communication with host was perfect.

I visited Jax Beach for a family wedding and this condo was perfect. It was private and quiet and very clean. They had everything we needed and more. The check in and out process was very easy. Highly recommend!!

We were set to stay at another VRBO but the day before our trip it was canceles due to septic iasues. We were scrambling for another place with a one day notice. We came across this condo and booked it. We arw so glad we did! True to the description the beach was right there. We did get to see dophins and pelicans it was so beautiful. It was located in a very convenient location. I would highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed the property with the convenient parking easy access to the beach. Several restaurants in walking distance. Condo was very clean and well stocked, including beach chairs and towels. We will go back again.

A wonderful stay.

Our twelve day stay in the condo met our expectations and beyond. The view was wonderful and we very much appreciated the quiet. We were pleased with the cleanliness and the condo was just the right size for us. Our plan is to come back in the autumn, we enjoyed it that much.

Beautiful location!

We stayed a couple days in July and had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect and the beach is beautiful. The pool was very warm and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. My only suggestions would be to update the outdoor deck seating, blankets, and towels. Overall, we would definitely choose to stay here again!
