Very good, in front of the sea

The apartment has very good amenities, facing the sea, old building but it is very well maintained and very clean. What I did not like is that there are few cutlery in the kitchen, the bathroom towels are very old and there are no towels for the face and hands.

Nice accommodations

Communication with owner and onsite agent was good. No big surprises; property as advertised, spacious and good view of pool and water. Could use some updates primarily in kitchen and bath. But everything was operational, just not state of the art.

Spring Break 2022

Great vacation!!! Shout to Pablo for making are trip so much easier when we arrived to the Tides. Pablo helped us with the parking information, paying for the parking and Fobs(keys). He also showed us everything in condo and also where everything was at within the complex. The pool area, beach area, laundry room and weight room were all clean and very well maintained. Security was also very nice and we like how they did enforce the 30 mins rule for people who thought they could go down to pool and throw down a towel and then go beach to the all day and think they could get there chairs back. It was also nice that you did not need to get there at 700am to reserve a chair. Also the Cafe in the 3801 bldg had great food and it was nice they delivered to the pool or room. Overall great place to stay and customer service was great as well.

Comfortable condo on well kept property.

Despite the updates needed in the condo (kitchen/bathroom, fresh paint throughout) and the fact that the building itself was 50 years old, we were comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were super comfortable, and the condo was very clean. The pool and beach were great, as was the location. Being on the 2nd floor meant quick trips up and down via the stairs. Staff and other guests all very pleasant.

Relaxing place by the beach

The property was nice. I liked the access to the pool and the beach. Both basically right outside the door. We spent the morning on the beach and the afternoon by the pool. Very nice visit.

Best time on the Tides.

As described in advertisements. On the beach and very important private exits on the beach.very nice and clean people are cleaning constantly.even after rain they keep mopping entrances from the beach and pool side. Definitely will come back and suggest to others. I read some reviews that’s not i favor of this place but i think that those people are not understanding that this is not Hotel and they are excepting hotel services. Only ,my suggestion will be for the Host to have few water bottles in fridge when arriving late so we don’t have to look for store to gat some water . Excellent 10 out of 10

We will come back!

The apartment was exactly as advertised! Check in process was fast! The view was wonderful from balcony! The internet was fast! The location was 5 min walk to food stores. We used the beach chairs provided on the beach however if you want to rent one on the beach is 35$ for 2 with umbrella! I will give a five star to the owner since property was in top shape! Thank you
