Gorgeous beachfront condo boasting stunning ocean views and a lovely pool. This generously sized 1-bedroom apartment is perfect for families with children. Complimentary for your convenience are 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, beach towels, and a compact cooler. Inside the apartment, you'll find essentials for a day or two: toilet paper, soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, and garbage bags. Is there a washer and dryer on the floor (use prepaid card provided in the unit; it can be replenished on the ground floor)? The building allows 4 adults and two children under 12 years old. Accommodation for six with comfortable beds and a queen sofa bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress. Parking for 1-7 days totals $100. 8-14 days totals $125. 15-21 days totals $150. 22-31 days totals $175. The building requires a $20 deposit in cash for the parking permit, which will be refunded once you return the tag to the office or to my assistant if you leave at hours when the office is closed. Fob $30.00 for every two adults and any kid over 14 years old (NO ID is required) to give you access to the building's doors, gym, pool, etc., non-refundable. It is very important that you can only be registered at the office with my assistant present. $7.00 for each package to be received at the building from UPS, FedEx, etc. The only thing that you need to do before you leave the apartment is throw the garbage out.
