Very comfortable beachfront condominium with magnificent beach and pool views day and night! Nicely decorated in an elegant building in a great area. From the spacious balcony you can hear the sound of the waves.Great for the whole family. Kids are very welcome.
Two large heated swimming pools and two gyms, cable tv, and free WiFi available all around the property. 24 hr security.
Dinning table.
Sleeps 6 comfortable . 4 adults and two kids under 12 years old .
Complete fully equipped kitchen and more. We are proud of keeping our condo very, very clean, with comfortable beds, towels, and good quality pillows and linens to make your stay as relaxing as possible. We want you to love our place as much as we do.

5 minutes to beautiful Gulfstream Casino and horse track, 10 minutes to Aventura mall, walking distance to Walmart and many restaurants, 20 minutes to the Beautiful and famous Hard Rock casino and South Beach. 15 mins to Ft Lauderdale International airport and Ft Lauderdale cruise port. 30 minutes to t he port of Miami and Miami airport
This is the best area in Hollywood, a couple buildings down from the famous Diplomat hotel The Hyde and short distance to the famous Hollywood boardwalk. *RESORT CHARGES PARKING AND FOB’S Parking up to 1 week $100.00 Parking up 2 weeks $125.00
Parking up to 3 weeks $150.00 Parking for a month $175.00 The building require a$20 deposit for a tag to hang in your car that open the parking gates which is refundable when you return the tag. If you are planing to leave at a time that the office is closed give the tag to my assistant and he will give you the $20p.

Great Location, But Falls Short on Comfort

The apartment has an excellent location, which we really appreciated. However, both the building and the apartment itself show signs of age. Some furniture would definitely benefit from replacement, and a more thorough cleaning—especially before arrival—would be highly recommended.For the price, I expected a bit more in terms of comfort and cleanliness.

Safe and Secure

The condo we rented was as expected in fact it was roomier, the bathroom was a little tight but manageable. The view from the balcony was beautiful and you’re able to hear the ocean leaving the slider open. There were three of us staying here and there was plenty of room, comfortable furniture and dining area. The beds comfy, sheets were clean, but very worn. I would recommend placing an order for insta cart upon your arrival for toilet paper (we had 1 1/2 rolls for 3 of us), 1 roll paper towel, no tissues, no dish towels or trash bags. The grounds outside are very well kept and pretty to walk through. Some of the front desk staff were pleasant, others you felt like you were bothering them. The men at drop off were amazing, friendly and courteous. They were helpful seeing two of us were disabled.Security is top notch! We all felt safe!The pool was very nice but cloudy one day. We could smell chlorine. The next day it was crystal clear! Unfortunately, when we returned home, two days after our last pool day, my friends (she has Rhematoid Arthritis) ended up in the hospital and had to be treated for cellulitis with abscesses on her ankle. The test revealed, her infection was caused by a bacteria found in pools not properly treated. The only pool or water we were in was where we stayed, The location has nothing to do unless you have a car, Uber or take a bus. If you try crossing the street drivers will run you down disabled or not!Overall, a great stay!

We have stayed here the last 4 spring breaks, last 2 in this unit.Great communication with owner. Very responsive. Unit well equipped and clean. Highly recommend staying here.

Very nice condo. Great view off patio.

Great communication from owner or delegate. Initial check in process worked as directed by messaging but can cause some anxious moments. Kitchen fully stocked and all appliances in good working order. Good queen mattress and plenty of closet space. View from balcony overlooking part of parking lot not noticed for great view of pool and ocean. You hear the ocean from the balcony not the street which is wonderful. Security in the building is tight.Pool and ocean access could not be better. Cons- needed some TLC which I pointed out to owner for he has delegates who take care of condo and I wanted him to be aware. Slider to patio is a bid problem. Living room furniture not the most comfortable. I only use VRBO and travel 5-6 times per year so I try to give accurate and fair evaluation. I would rent this condo again.

Had a great stay!

The property was as advertised the view from the balcony was great peaceful and relaxing!Walk to beach is easy and our host was very responsive and helpful.When checking in bring all your guests to avoid them having to go back and get a bracelet for the grounds.overall had a great time!

enjoyed it after the frightening checkin

Thought I was a recipient of an AI scam. Front desk did not have any info on my stay and the individual I communicated with through VRBO said he would be there so I thought it was not a problem. After an hour of calling VRBO, owner, etc. we were taken to the condo. Very disturbing. All was forgiven when I asked the owner could we check out late and he was most gracious!

This is not a resort but an apartment. The check in process is like an office where you wait in line for everything. Not set up for vacationers. Would not stay again.

Great condo. Beautiful location!

Mooi appartement met geweldig uitzicht over de oceaan. We waren van tevoren op de hoogte van de extra kosten voor het parkeren en toegang tot alle faciliteiten. Dat was prima. We kregen hulp bij het inchecken van Juan Carlos. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Appartement is compleet en met veel extra’s voor op het strand. Enige minpunt was dat bij het douchen het water de badkamer in liep. Door gebruik van wat handdoeken hebben we dit zelf opgelost. Niet doorgegeven aan de verhuurder dus is ook zeker geen klacht. Was een goed verblijf op een geweldige locatie.

Great stay at this property, views were better than expected, apartment was clean, the kitchen lacked nothing, beach and pool were excellent and cleaned daily, communication with owner was also excellent , would highly recommend. There are some extra charges you should know about. ( I knew ) $75 for parking, $30 for fob ( you will need fob for entering building, beach, and as of May 1st, the elevators, there is also a $20 cash charge for parking card which goes in windshield and operates the gates. This is refunded when pass returned. These charges are charged by the building All said and done, would go back again.

Great property good communication

Overall our stay was positive. The check in process could have been cleaner. Gave the manager a 20 minute heads up on our arrival as asked and it took them 10+ minutes to meet us out front where the valley was not very hospitable. Outside of that snafu we enjoyed the property.

A great experience!

My spouse and I stayed for a long weekend while in town for a football game, the location is perfect - not far from the airport and not far from Hard Rock stadium. The condo is in excellent condition with updated kitchen and bathroom. We loved having direct access to the beach and a pool. The owner was great with communication. I would definitely stay here again!
