• Newest construction in Happy Camp, Street of Dreams quality beach house with its own Private ELEVATOR servicing all 3 floors…yes, its own Elevator with a phone!
• Spectacular Bay and Ocean views. Please note that we installed a new high-end stainless steel Weber Propane Grill in Oct-2019 which is located on the deck overlooking the gorgeous views - a wonderful place to enjoy the views and BBQ!
• 3 bed, 3 bath including 2 Master Suites each with a private jetted Jacuzzi tubs, separate showers and custom tile/stonework throughout. Deck off master suite.
• Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows taking advantage of the fabulous views. We recently added high-end blinds that can be pulled up to maximize the incredible views or pulled down to provide complete privacy.
• Gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters & detailed back-splash tile-work, custom cabinets and large pantry,
• Two large decks with high-end slate and custom railing. Both decks have outside furniture. The main deck has a large stainless steel grill so you can BBQ and enjoy incredible views right where the Pacific Ocean joins Netarts Bay (famous for it's oysters, crabs and clams!)
• Steps to the beach. Outdoor shower to wash off the sand after a full day of beach-combing, crabbing, clamming, fishing or simply enjoying gorgeous sunsets and bonfires on the beach
• Laundry room with high-end washer/dryer

• All furnishings throughout the entire house are brand new and high-end. A summary of some of the high-end furnishings throughout are: King-size bedroom set, Queen-size bedroom set, Bunk bed, Full-size bed, (2) Large “Main Street” high-end sleeper sofa’s, swivel accent chairs, large dining room table overlooking the Bay and Ocean, bar stools at the kitchen eating bar, new 65” UHD Samsung SMART TV above the gas fireplace, each Master bedroom has its own 55” high-end HD TV's, high-end washer and dryer, stainless steel gas grill on the deck overlooking the Bay and Ocean!

Since this is a custom-built home with all new furnishings, we ask everyone to enjoy the beauty and comfort but please be gentle and care for it at the same time. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis.

Family Get Together

We had a wonderful time at the beach! The weather was beautiful. The views of the ocean and bay were spectacular. The house is very beautiful and clean. It essentially has everything you would need. The elevator sealed the deal for us. We have a few family members that can’t do a lot of stairs, so this was perfect for them.The owners are wonderful to work with. We had a few things pop up and they were very accommodating and easy to get ahold of.They even gifted us with a bottle of wine, how sweet. A true treasure on the beach.

Well Appointed -Easy to feel at home

This house is really well situated on the second row. Great views from the top/ main floor. The beds were very comfortable. This kitchen had everything we needed and a few extras that don’t usually come with a rental - quality sharp knives. Easy walk to a quiet beach.

Lovely home

Beautiful home with amazing views. One thing we didn't catch in the property description was that the elevator doesn't go all the way to the parking area, so there are 4-5 steps to get to it. It wasn't a major issue for us, but we did have a wheelchair user with us and had hoped we would be able to bring the chair inside. Other than that, everything was perfect. Excellent kitchen and spacious bedrooms.

Great place

Fit all of our needs for our weekend stay. Kitchen had an abundance of utensils and sharp knives, bathrooms were well stocked. Plenty of parking. Overall, a great place to relax in!

Perfect location for the entire family

We took our parents whom are unable to travel as often due to Parkinson's. For this reason we are usually limited to single level rentals with a view which are increasingly rare. This spot had a working elevator which gave them full access to the rentals and even has an amazing view of the bay. The owners were very great at communication and making sure everything was 100%, always reach out to them first if you have any issues as they well certainly make sure all is at that 100%. They went beyond that for us in this case as my brother left his keys behind. They contacted us before we had a chance to reach out and they even shipped the keys at no cost. I highly recommend this rental. Thank you for making this a memory we will always remember!!

Perfect place for family vacation

We decide to go to the beach this year for our family vacation and we had a wonderful time at Happy Camp Hideway. The place is perfect for the 8 of us, quiet but close to the beach. We especially appreciate the elevator because my 90 years old mom has difficulties with stairs.

Exceptional!

Over the last 20 years, we've stayed at nearly every vacation rental in Netarts. This one is the best! Wonderful views, of course, and we also appreciate the various gathering spaces - kitchen or dining table or living room or covered deck. And hooray for elevators and awesome hosts!

Absolutely perfect

Stunning views, luxury amenities, plenty of space and an elevator to boot - our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. My dad particularly appreciated taking the elevator and skipping the stairs. Big, fully-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, nice balcony, all the comforts of home. Gracious and friendly host. Very well-appointed and well-maintained property. Five stars across the board, will stay again!

Annual family getaway

This property is beautiful, classy decor and everything you need to have a wonderful weekend. Nick and Lynn were especially helpful and efficient. Would recommend this home to anyone who wants to be close to the beach and fantastic views of the waves and bay and have a lovely place to relax. The elevator is especially helpful for taking luggage, up 3 floors. But you need 3 floors for the view.

Gorgeous view for all.

We come to the beach every year, and Grandma can’t access the beach. It is hard to find a place she can enjoy a gorgeous water view. With just a few steps to an elevator and a spectacular view, this place was perfect! Great beach access and an outdoor faucet and shower to wash sand of the feet and doggies. Kitchen is well appointed!

Check in was easy and fast. Nick was very responsive to any questions I had. The elevator was great as we had one person that had a hard time with stairs. This VRBO was a short walk to the beach. Great views of the ocean. Kitchen was very well stocked. BBQ on the top floor deck. Two decks that had great views of the ocean. This was defently a 5 Star VRBO.

Just PERFECT! Heavenly View, Comfy Surroundings!! A+++

Our family group celebrated some special birthdays at this lovely home. We are all in our 60s and 70s--so some of us REALLY appreciated the elevator, which was so handy for shuttling groceries up to the kitchen! So many large windows let in beautiful light and an awesome view! Although we didn't do much cooking in the wonderful kitchen, there seemed to be everything --high quality--that one would want to cook with. The host, Nick, was very responsive, turbo-quick answers to my questions. I have nothing but positive things to say about the time we spent here. We would all return in a minute if we weren't spread out all over the country!! Thank you, Nick and Lynn!!!

Great for multi-generational family gathering

We had a family vacation with ages ranging from 8 to 90, and everyone had a great time. The elevator was important, especially for the 90-year-old. We cooked, danced, talked, laughed, and enjoyed the beach. A great place!

Perfect. Year after year after year.

We’ve been vacationing at Netart’s Sand Castle since 2012. We’ve cherished every trip since the beginning. Sometimes just two of us; sometimes so many that we’ve had multiple houses rented on the street. Nick and Lynn are always available and responsive if we have any questions. They are continually adding upgrades. For instance, this visit the kitchen had received all new appliances. Nice!!! We are so excited they are adding another home on the street to their inventory. Nick invited us down for a tour this week while we were here; and we cannot wait to visit when the project is wrapped up in a few weeks. If you have the opportunity to rent from them, I highly recommend it. They are responsive. Maintain their homes. Care about quality. Care about their clients. They are definitely five star owners/managers.

Birthday weekend

Obviously a quiet time to visit Netarts, luckily had cooperative weather for walking the beach. House was very comfy, great view from the deck while grilling. Kitchen was excellent and big tv kept the kids happy. Beds and linens made for great sleeping. Highly recommended rental. 👍🏽

Perfect family getaway

This was my first time in Netarts. What a lovely small coast town with lots of fun activities for everyone! The property was perfect for the occasion, pristine condition, great location, fully stocked… can’t say enough good things about it. Clean, spacious, all the rooms set up with TV and entertainment, luxury furnishings and decor… Elevator was an added bonus for my elderly parents who have a hard time walking up the stairs! Even when the weather got bad, we could just stay in, sit by the fireplace and look out the window enjoying the ocean view and never get bored. There’s even crabbing/ clamming equipment available for rental for a small fee. But we rented a crabbing boat through Big Spruce boat rental place nearby, which I highly recommend! Thank you Nick for being such an awesome host, always so helpful and responsive! We’ll definitely be back next year 😊

Amazing home

We are 8 ladies that go to the beach twice a year for a scrapbooking weekend. This is the cleanest home we’ve ever stayed in! The elevator was so helpful in getting our craft supplies up to the third floor. Lots of space. Beds were very comfy! We had an issue with the front door lock. Nick (the owner) and George (the maintenance guy) were super quick to reply to my messages and very friendly. They both wanted to make sure our stay was perfect! Thank you for being amazing hosts and sharing your beautiful home!

What makes this property unique

What we love about the location is the fact that you're right at the junction of where the Pacific Ocean meets Netarts Bay and the scene is always changing, sea lions bask in the sun and you can build a bonfire right there and have fun crabbing from the shore, clamming, fishing and enjoying your favorite beverages at sunset. You may want to bring a propane hibachi grill if you have one. It works well for grilling oysters on the beach. You can typically get oysters for around $6.50/dozen at the local grocery store on Crab Ave in Netarts (one block from the house). When you grill the oysters, you can dab a little BBQ sauce and even a little hot sauce to give it some zest. Suggest washing it down with a refreshing IPA or Pinot Grigio!
