Whether you are on foot, bike, horse or car, Poppy's is perfectly positioned as a stop along the trail or as a destination to leave the city behind and explore the Yea and Goulburn Valley.
This compact, light filled cottage with beautiful views is just 8.5km from the ever popular Yea township and is located on a working farm. It sits five hundred metres from the main homestead and conveniently at the top of the entrance road to ensure your privacy and easy access to the Great Victorian Rail Trail.
The cottage comprises kitchen, one bathroom and toilet, and two bedrooms, (one queen bed and two singles). The open plan living extends onto the veranda where you will find a bbq and outdoor table and chairs, an ideal spot to take in the views of the property and distant hills. Be prepared for the sight and sounds of Sheep, cattle and horses, along with the numerous species of native wild life, such as wombats, kangaroos, pelicans, ducks and hundreds of other birds.
Park your car or bikes under cover,- carport or shed, and for those on horseback a small paddock (no yards) abounding the house is for use. Further enquiries regarding this option should be made when considering your booking.
