Great stay

Close to Chiton and the surf club and great layout for two families. We had a great stay and would love to stay again.

Great Spot

The beach house was incredible, with the view of the mountains on the deck and only a couple streets away from the beach. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with plenty of amenities available on the property.

We had a lovely time at 25 Albatross Avenue. Perfect place for a family with split levels allowing separate time for parents and children. Thanks Barrie.

Lovely house for our weekend away

The house was set up really well for our group. We especially appreciated having plenty of single beds since we're a group of single young adults :) The kitchen was set up well for our needs and we enjoyed eating on the balcony.

Beautiful stay in a great location

This property has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It is comfortable and very spacious. The location is perfect, and the street very quiet.We could not recommend it higher. We will definitely be back!

Excellent stay

Everything was perfect for a long weekend away with friends, the house was well equipped, comfortable and really close to the beach. Barrie was very flexible with our booking and quick to respond. Thank you!

Wonderful as always

We returned after loving a previous stay. There is so much room for our families and the house has everything we need. Super close to everything and a lovely view from the balcony. We will be back!

Very Enjoyable

Neat clean had everything we needed close to 2 main tourist spots Goolwa & Victor Harbour as well as Pt Elliot. So many games available for kids to play with. They had so much fun playing table tennis.

Host instructions were strict, and made to feel like you were walking on eggshells..Amenities were in reasonable condition.

Hi Ben I'm not sure what you're referring to with regard to strict instructions. These are the same instructions as last year and the only thing we ask is that you separate your general waste, recycling and green waste which is required by most councils and because the bins aren't collected every week. And which you didn't do! Can you explain why you feel like you were walking on eggshells from our instructions? Barrie

Wow wow wow - what a great place - our friends & family loved being able to spend (& unwind & laugh) together during the Easter break - loads of room for everyone - local to shops & close by to Victor Harbour - we had everything we needed supplied by the home - communication was great with host thank you Barrie - your home is lovely -

Property was well situated, had enough space for us all, the BBQ was really dirty and we had to scrub it to be able to use it. Everything else was good.

Great views

6 adults and 6 kids stayed here for 2 nights in May. We had a great time. Enough room for everyone. Great That there were 2 living areas. Kids played downstairs while adults were upstairs enjoying them view. I would suggest some new fry pans and perhaps an electric fry pan especially would be handy as electric cook top slow and we were cooking breakfast for 12 people. Some tea bags in the cupboard would be great too. No hesitations in recommending this place.

The house suited our group really well for the activities we planned. The kitchen was fairly well set up for cooking for 12 people. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and had fun with table tennis.

Great family holiday

What a lovely place to take a large family, or two families! Our two families found it very easy to stay here with the bedroom configuration - one queen bed next door to the bunk beds in both the downstairs and upstairs, and a bathroom alongside each. The table tennis and toys meant that the kids had heaps to do, and the kitchen was one of the best I have used in a holiday home. It has everything you need! The neighbourhood is lovely and we enjoyed the view of the hills from the balcony. We would definitely return. Thanks Barrie :)
