An Oasis in Rosebud is only 1 km from the bay beach and central to all locations.

Wake up and have a breakfast under the pergola before going for a quick dip in the pool. What a way to start your day. Plan your day. Going for a coffee at the many cafés Rosebud has to offer, Plaza shopping, choosing one of the beautiful beaches along the peninsula, choosing children’s activities such as Mini golf, Bowling, riding bikes along the foreshore, horse riding and many more. And for other enjoyable activities why not try the local wineries, golf, Peninsula hot spring spa, fishing off the pier, hiring a boat or bring your own or just stay in, enjoy a day in the pool and later after the kids have gone to sleep relax in the hot spa and think about it tomorrow.

This home is wonderfully prepared to make your stay a stress free and enjoyable one. It is fully renovated and exceptionally clean, freshly painted with polished floor boards. You'll have all the comforts you need to thoroughly enjoy yourself and re-charge those batteries. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher to cater for all your cooking requirements, as well as a wonderful BBQ under our pergola for easy outdoor dining. The Lounge has Large Plasma TV, air-conditioner and an open fire place which can be enjoyed all year round. The meals area is large enough to entertain, which has a split system air-conditioner and a wall mounted Plasma for your enjoyment.
Don’t forget the swimming pool. If the beach is not your scene just laze around the pool and relax.

The Property is fully fenced and secure and has plenty of off street parking.
The Pergola offers spacious outdoor dining area with Gas BBQ and outdoor setting, the back yard consist of beautiful plants and palm trees to complete the oasis.

Lovely weekend retreat

Team end of season trip

A great holiday house for a large family group

All of the nine members of our family really enjoyed staying at this spacious, very comfortable and welcoming house within walking distance of the shops and beach. The pool and spa were terrific but so were the ten seater indoor and large outdoor settings which made family meals a treat. Cricket, football and basketball facilities at Olympic Park very close to the house were also really appreciated. The only minor problem was a second toilet that was a bit temperamental. The owners were very efficient and easy to deal with and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
