- Master bedroom: King Bed + Ensuite. Please Note: This is a true loft-style bedroom. It overlooks the living area below, offering a bright, airy feel. While visually private, it is open to sound from the lounge.

- Extra guest: We can set up a Queen air mattress in the living room for a small fee ($60).

Families welcome: We are a family-friendly host! We provide a highchair, portacot ($20 fee), and plenty of toys. Glebe Park opposite our apartment has two playgrounds.
Note for parents: The apartment features stairs and glass furniture, so please keep an eye on toddlers.
Important things to note:
- Loft acoustics: As mentioned, the Master Bedroom is mezzanine-style and open to the living room noise.
- Strict No Smoking: We are a smoke-free home. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and on the patio to keep the apartment fresh for all guests.
- Self-catering: This is a private apartment, not a hotel. We provide starter amenities (coffee, tea, washing powder), but you may need to top these up for longer stays.
- Registered guests only: Only the guests listed on the booking are permitted on the property overnight.
- Quiet enjoyment: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a respectful level at all times, especially between 10pm and 8am.
- ZERO TOLERANCE FOR PARTIES: We have a strict No Party/No Event policy. Any evidence of a party/event will result in immediate eviction without refund. We recommend our apartment for families and those looking for a quiet city base.
