Welcome to our spacious 4bedroom, 2 athroom home in Dickson. Nestled in a quiet location near the Dickson Wetlands, local shops, cafés, and the light rail, it offers easy access to Canberra. Perfect for families, groups, and longer stays, the home features multiple indoor and outdoor living areas, a private sunny deck, courtyard, and gazebo.
Enjoy year-round comfort with ducted reverse-cycle heating and cooling throughout the home.
BEDROOMS
The home features four bedrooms, each fitted with professionally laundered and pressed linen and ample wardrobe space for your belongings. Bedroom 1 offers a queen-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom, Bedroom 2 includes a king-sized bed, Bedroom 3 has a double-sized bed, and Bedroom 4 is furnished with a single-sized bed, making the layout ideal for families, groups, or longer stays.
BATHROOMS
The home includes two bathrooms. The first is an ensuite to Bedroom 1, featuring a shower and toilet. The second bathroom offers a shower-bath, with a separate toilet. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper to get you started. For longer stays, guests may need to top up supplies depending on usage.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you`re craving for a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- oven
- microwave
- toaster
- crockery and cutlery
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to all local channels. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The driveway parking can fit up to 1 car.
Additional parking on the grass verge between the street and where the car spot (Front of property).
NB: Please do not park at the start of the driveway as you will block the tenants in the flat at the back. Park at the driveway you see to your left.
GARDENING:
Gardening is scheduled every 4 weeks, weather permitting, and completed when the garden can be accessed without a key—always ensuring guest comfort and privacy.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival, with access codes provided four hours to keep your booking secure.
Only one guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys, as replacement costs apply. Lost keys, or keys left inside the apartment requiring assistance, will incur a minimum charge of $355.
We’re a team dedicated to supporting you and making your stay as enjoyable as possible. We’re available via messaging and aim to respond promptly, while still giving you space to relax.
At the property, you’ll have access to helpful information about the home and local area, including recommendations and a guide so you can easily understand how everything works.
If anything urgent comes up, phone support is always available.
From this peaceful, friendly neighborhood it is just steps to all the shops and restaurants of the vibrant Dickson centre. A wide choice of sought-after primary, secondary schools and colleges are all within walking distance. A network of bike paths, as well as light rail, ensure a smooth trip into the City centre.
Close to shops and tram, and the very popular Dickson Wetlands, right in the heart of the Inner North! It also boasts a serious range of features including multiple indoor and outdoor living areas

We also have a gardener who checks the garden once a month.
We want guests to enjoy their stay comfortably while also helping us care for the property and respect the neighbours.
This is not a party property. Any breach of the no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any costs for damages.

**Check-In & Check-Out**
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM | Check-out: by 10:00 AM
- Need a little flexibility? Reach out in advance and we`ll do our best to accommodate. Please note that unauthorised late departures incur a $110/hour fee.
**No Smoking | No Pets**
This is a smoke-free and pet-free home throughout. Violations attract a minimum $400 fee plus any additional cleaning costs. Registered service animals are welcome where required by law.
**Leave It as You Found It**
Your cleaning fee covers standard turnover and fresh linen. We simply ask that you leave the space tidy — excessive mess may attract an additional cleaning charge (from $50).
**Registered Guests Only**
Only guests named on the booking may stay. Booking for a team or corporate trip? Just let us know in advance — we`re happy to help.
**No Parties or Events**
This is a quiet residential neighbourhood — please help us respect it. Guest numbers must not exceed those booked, visitors should depart by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply after that time. To maintain the serene ambiance of our accommodation, we enforce a strict no-party rule. A non-negotiable penalty of $2000 will be imposed for any violation, in addition to costs for any damages.
**Families Welcome**
Children are warmly welcome! Please note the property is not child-proofed, so supervision is required at all times.
**Bathroom Matters**
We kindly request our guests to refrain from flushing wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary items. Discarding them in the provided bin would help to prevent blockages in the sewer system, maintaining the pristine condition of the property.
