This newly renovated 2 bed/2 bath cottage is located in the sought out area of downtown Delray Beach. With just a short walk to the well known Atlantic Ave to enjoy one of the many restaurants or boutiques it has to offer or a quick bike ride to our beautiful white sandy beaches this location will not disappoint! Whether you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation or looking to enjoy Delray's downtown area this is the perfect place for a group of friends or family!

Looking forward to returning next year

We literally had to cancel 8 hours before we were scheduled to arrive due to illness. Colene was very kind and gracious. We have now booked next year!

Wonderful stay

We’ve stayed in several rentals in Delray. None could compare to Colene’s. The house had everything we could possibly need and it was spotless. Both Colene and the property manager were very responsive when we had some questions and ensured that we were satisfied. In fact, we liked it so much that we booked again in the spring!

Birthday Trip

The 3 of us had a great time. We had a few hiccups but Colene was quick to respond. The house if very nice and the beds are super soft. If we travel to Delray Beach again we will definitely check to see if this home is available.
