We had a fantastic stay at this property! My family and I truly enjoyed the experience—the owners were friendly, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Everything went smoothly with no issues at all. The kitchen was impressively stocked, and the house offered every amenity needed to feel completely at home. We visit this area annually, and without a doubt, we’ll be returning here again.

Great clean home in quiet neighborhood

This house was ideal for our family’s needs - quiet street in a lovely neighborhood, clean pool, well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We loved the privacy of the backyard, and the multiple patio doors! Great spot - a real home away from home! Thank you.

Wedding Trip

Property was in a nice area and neighborhood, but sadly our experience inside wasn’t up to expectations. The house smelt a little bit damp when we first entered. The floors did not appear to be swept or mopped along with food left underneath tables and other stuff under beds. In one of guest rooms the bed had sand or dirt in it like the sheets hadn’t been changed prior to our arrival. The couch also had what appeared to be sand on it. The guest bathroom while showering the water would back up and you would be standing in your dirty water. The back part of the room where the laundry room was smelt like sewage every day. The beds were not comfortable for any of us. Also, while outside I came across a marijuana joint that somebody must’ve misplaced or lost as a previous guest. The lamp switch that was in the main master room that my parents slept in was broken so the only way to turn the light on was to screw the light bulb in. I was not comfortable putting my clothes in drawers because the drawers look like they had never been cleaned out. I’ve never had to leave a bad review and I really did not want to do this, but if the cleaning company or updates were done by whoever comes in to take care of this property, it would be a nice property to stay at. I was told that my experience was greatly exaggerated because I did not take pics. I was there to celebrate my son’s wedding not take pictures of a home that should be clean! Lesson learned.

First time using VRBO

The owner was very responsive on messages sent back asking question. It was like staying in your own house. The house was very relaxing, and calming. Being able to put my feet into the pool was awesome. Neighbors were great, nice and in the morning said good morning. Very welcoming home.

This was a very good find in Deerfield Beach. The location was great. The home was spacious. The host was very quick to answer to small requests. All in all a super property.Highly recommended!

Very nice house, good location. Only one thing we were upset about, is small flys in the pool after the rain. I texted about it once we noticed them covering the water and we were told that's normal and they will sink in a few hours. That didn't happen, so we couldn't use the pool for the last 3 days of our trip.

Exceptional Vacation Home Experience - Highly Recommended!

We (three adults, including our 24-year-old daughter) rented this vacation home from May 26th to June 4th, 2024, as part of a multi-week trip from Miami Beach, Deerfield Beach, W Bradenton (south of Tampa), Clearwater Beach, followed by Daytona Beach, and ending with a week in Atlanta, GA. The vacation home is beautifully laid out, very clean, well-maintained, and excellently kept. It is located in a prime neighborhood with essential infrastructure like Publix, Aldi, Walmart, CVS/Walgreens, Urgent Care, as well as the I-95/I-75 highways in close proximity. Boca Raton is only 10 minutes away, Fort Lauderdale 22 minutes, Miami 45 minutes, and Sawgrass Mills (Outlet) just 28 minutes. All the well-known restaurants are reachable within minutes. We found everything as we had wished for. Everything was there, nothing was missing! During our stay, we had a question which was promptly and satisfactorily answered by Nathalie Desjardins, a very friendly Canadian. The pool was also impeccable. We have been renting vacation homes in the USA for many years. This excellent condition is certainly not taken for granted everywhere. We always research thoroughly before our stays and were once again very fortunate. We look forward to coming back next year! Thank you for everything to the wonderful Desjardins family! Family Fun

The house was everything that i saw in the reviews. Spacious,clean and so very comfortable. The kitchen had every tool that i wanted. The screened in pool was clearly the centerpiece for our children. We spent 7 nights and in a perfect world we would have stayed a few more. Thumbs way up!

Excellent!

Excellent place to stay!! The house is very well stocked with towels, linens, dishes, and even a toaster oven. The pool was warm and clean. The neighborhood was safe and very walkable. We enjoyed the communal pool and basketball/tennis/pickleball courts that were within walking distance of the home. The bikes and beach chairs/gear were also an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Stay at Waterfront Villa

House was very nice and rooms were large. Lanai and pool were great! Plenty of amenities that made stay very easy and comfortable. Owner very responsive to questions and requests. Minor issue with ants but was able to knock them back with DIY spray. Would recommend to family and friends.
