L'emplacement de cette propriété vous permet d'entendre les vagues de l'une des plages les plus connues de Victorias. À seulement 100 mètres à pied de la plage principale d'Ocean Grove et du club de sauvetage Ocean Grove. Cinq minutes à pied de la rivière Barwon et à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la rue Main, des cafés, des supermarchés et des restaurants.

La propriété est située dans un quartier calme et isolé avec une route non scellée, beaucoup de stationnement hors rue, un énorme grand bloc de terrain avec une cour arrière entièrement fermée.

Grande propriété de 2 étages avec 4 chambres et 3 espaces de vie avec deux grandes terrasses extérieures.

Le décor et le mobilier doux de cette propriété sont modifiés avec les saisons .... L'hiver apporte de la chaleur à la propriété avec des tonifications au chocolat et des jetés et des coussins en fourrure. L'été présente le meilleur de la couleur avec des couleurs vives d'été, des coussins et des jetés orange brûlé et turquoise. Tout est parfait pour créer l'ambiance de vos vacances à la plage.

La Septième Vague est idéale pour les couples ou les familles qui recherchent un moyen idéal à tout moment de l'année.

La propriété accepte également les animaux de compagnie, mais doit rester à l'extérieur en tout temps sans exception. La cour arrière est entièrement clôturée.

Désolé strictement "pas d'écoliers" et grandes fêtes ou fonctions / fêtes Bucks, etc.

Ocean Grove est situé à seulement 1 heure et 15 minutes de Melbourne et à seulement 20 minutes de Geelong Un trajet en ferry vers Portsea et Sorrente à seulement 15 minutes

We had such a great stay at this property. Michelle was friendly and helpful and the booking process was so easy and straightforward. The kids enjoyed the extra games and books at the property and the adults loved the space and location. Everyone had a great time away!

We had a wonderful stay at this place, kids loved the cubby house and trampoline , we loved the BBQ and location which is so close to the beach. Kitchen has everything we need, even the chinese tea. Highly recommend.

Nice location. Property needs a better clean, room had heaps of dust around bed corners, oven very dirty and basin drains very dirty. For the price and cleaning bill it needs to be cleaner. Also annoyed that checkin was 3pm and cleaner was still in house at 3:15pm, so its Ok to charge extra 50 dollars for 15 min late checkout but by your own rules I should get 50 credit for late checkin. The door is locked out at 11am on the dot so make sure you have left nothing in house. I forgot to do something for 1 minute and was locked out. So strict rules but otherwise nice house and great location.

Mark firstly your threat to me as a host in regards to further discounts on your future stays at our property was extremely upsetting and demanding . Mark you stated that our property deserved a 5 Star review however demanded the same price for all your up and coming return stays ,as we had a Special On . When you arrived at the property you had full access to the property there were NO delays with your check In . Mark as stated if you have any issues with the property during your stay , we ask all guests to contact me ASAP so we can fix any concerns you have ,Mark instead you made threats to me in regards to reviews & further discounts .Staff reported you left the kitchen in a complete MESS ! Mark you requested a later check out time prior to your confirmed booking , we were completely booked out with a same day change over , I informed you this was not available as our staff need time to clean the property , again you became aggitated towards me , when I clearly explained prior to your confirmed booking. Overall we are very dissapointed with your communication and demands , with little respect of our property .

This property is fabulous. It has all the bells and whistles and lives up to the pictures advertised. Communication with Michelle was simple and easy to deal with and very accommodating. I will definitely bring my family to stay here

Great location and plenty of room

We stayed with out teenage and adult children for almost 2 weeks and it was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone, including our dog. Very short walk to the beach and close to shops for walking as well. Michelle was easy to reach and lovely to deal with. Would highly recommend and we've stayed in lots of beautiful homes in Ocean Grove

This property was brilliant for our family (2 adults, 2 children aged 3 1/2 and 1 1/2). The backyard was brilliant as was the availability of high chair, toys, etc. The styling of the house was great and was really comfortable for our stay. We would come back for sure.

From the beginning when I initially enquired about this property I was impressed with the speed of response and helpfulness as I was booking it for my inlaws for the time before our wedding. Upon arriving at the property I was blown away the photos do not do it justice and the house was stocked with literally everything we needed. Quality cookware and beautiful utensils, amazing living space and just a gorgeous house. Amazing This is the second time I have booked here and I cannot thank Michelle enough!

Hidden Gem in Ocean Grove

Well appointed property suited for families of all ages. It had everything from a cubby and trampoline for the younger kids and table tennis, basketball ring and billiards for the older kids/adults! Modern and beautifully styled, this property really had the ‘wow’ factor. Short drive to the local shops and beach. For consideration for future - fly screens would be wonderful to let the breeze in but keep the bugs out on warmer nights!

Beachside Excellence

This is a great house which was clean, tidy and well equipped with every thing we needed for a short stay. Large TV,s, a pool table, table tennis table and in ground trampoline kept all adults happy. There is a cubby house and sandpits for smaller children. My only grumble would be there were no manuals or instructions on how to operate the coffee machine or any other equipment. Highly recommended.

A lovely house

A lovely house to stay in but the check in process was not great. The code we were given was incorrect and it took many calls and emails to contact the owner which was difficult with our young grandchildren. Also the sheets on the beds had too much starch as they were like cardboard and our bedside lamp didn’t have a globe. Otherwise the backyard was great for the grandkids they had a ball

Greg I am honestly so very upset the code for property did not work on your arrival , I contacted you immediately once I heard and this problem was resolved on my phone call with you . Greg we ask all guests to contact us during their stay to fix any issues you may have . In regards to the sheet there were other replacements in linen press if the sheet was not to your liking . Our sheets are all Sheridan apologies if you don’t like that brand , we have different cottons to choose from as well . Apologies for a light globe not working in the property , if reported there are spares in cupboard above fridge . Please contact your host for future issues you have during your stay , so that these issues can be addressed and you can experience a pleasant stay . We are pleased you all loved the property and what it had to offer . Disappointing you gave this property a 3 star for not contacting us during your stay.
