Stepping into the condo was like a warm hug! We enjoyed the ocean views and the ease with which we felt at home. Best times were spent on the balcony/sunporch as we listened to the sounds of the ocean and watched the day begin and end.

Exceptional Property

Check-in was easy with keypad entry. 3rd floor condo in a small complex. No elevator but parking was right next to the stairs. Condo was beautiful. Kitchen was well stocked and had a large island. Beachfront condo with lanai balcony. There is a second set of steps connected to the balcony that puts you out right at the beach access. We would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing location

Great location, big, well-appointed kitchen, clean, comfortable, first rate all around. We spent every minute there on the enclosed balcony, with our coffee in the morning (before a long walk on the beach) & with a glass of wine in the evening. If only there were hooks in the bathrooms for towels & robes, it would be total perfection!

Beautiful place and fantastic location!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The views were exactly what we wanted, the access to the beach is fantastic, and it’s quite upgraded - which was a nice touch. The AC works great! We love the enclosed patio and spent quite a few hours enjoying the weather from there. Jax beach is an underrated destination in my opinion, and we’d happily visit again.

5 days of views and relaxation

Our condo unit was on the 3rd floor of 3. I believe the total units here are 18, 6 per level with plenty of parking available. We ran into nobody on a holiday week getting in and out. it was very quiet and laid back. Condo is open concept had sliding glass door to a balcony with additional sliding glass door on the balcony that overlooked the ocean with some comfortable patio furniture. Very well decorated we on the beach 4 of the 5 days with the last day spending relaxing on the patio after sleeping in. We had a great stay.
