Nice, partially upgraded upstairs condo with air conditioning in the bedroom only. WiFi. Golf course view.


Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Experience the comforts of home as you experience aloha!


Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants.

We had an awesome staycaytion.

Everything was great, EXCEPT for the part when friends come over, we had to walk all the way to the front gate to let them in with the key fob because the security would not let them in. It said to push in your gate code then press the red button, which led them straight to security and security would say, call the renters because we're not going to open the gate for you!

Pictures' looked good

I deliberately selected this unit as it said the master was on the 1st floor and the secondary bedroom was upstairs. It did not say the entire unit was on the second floor. My83 year old disabled husband had much difficulty going up and down the stairs. The unit was cleaqn in a beautiful golf course setting on ly a short walk to the beach. The light fixture over the sink in upstairs bath was non operative (we tried replacinjgbuls), the ceiling fan was wobbly and noisy so not able to be used. The kitchen was decently appointed but the pots and pans were thin teflon coated poor quality; toaster only toasted one side of the bread at a time. The window a/c barely cooled anything and the unit said it needed servicing. the carpet was way over due for a good stretch and if it were my rental I would have it shampooed. We shoed several cockroaches out onto the veranda weth a broom. Consdtructionorkers were banging with hammers and skill saws for an enitre day. Notice would have been nice. Mgt did come to help us with our TV on a Saturday. The unit was clean. It appears there was not a system in place to catch these repairs. I would say these were all property mgt issues or a seller thatt refused to make his place nice. Not sure.

An excellent 2 bath/2 bedroom condo on golf course.

Recently spent 3 nights in the golf course condo. It met all our needs as our base to tour North Shore area. We were required to make a $250 deposit to insured we did not damage the condo. The deposit was refunded within time stated in agreement. This condo was clean & furniture was in good condition. The exhaust hood over stove was in real need of replacement or extreme deep cleaning - thus my only suggestion for improvement!

Lovely place in a great location

The the property was exactly as listed. The location was excellent, the resort property was beautiful. I would recommend staying here.

Good place to stay on Northshore

Nice but not luxury. Pleasant location but keep in mind you don’t get the hotel amenities of turtle bay.

Location is paradise & staff’s Aloha spirit is great, but unit was dirty & pre-arrival info was bad.

Location was paradise. Emailed address, check-in directions, and phone number were horrible. Address was completely wrong, phone # was to the main office that closes at 4pm. Our flight arrived after 4 so we just kept getting an answering machine — need to provide an “after-hours” phone # if you close your office at 4pm!! Condo was dirty — hair balls dotted the wall-to-wall carpet that seems like the absolute wrong flooring for a beach condo that does not really have a/c — and the loft ceiling fan was unstable and wobbled even in low speed so we couldn’t use it. Beds had very old mattresses and were extremely uncomfortable.

Location was literally paradise! But unit was dirty with hair balls all over the wall-to-wall carpet which seems like the absolutely wrong flooring for a beach condo. Beds had mattresses that seemed very old and were very uncomfortable. Condo had absolutely *no* useful local information in it although free Informational guides are absolutely everywhere (Local gas stations, grocery stores, etc.) and management could easily have put one on the coffee table or desk (especially for visitors without rental cars), but those kinds of welcoming details we’ve routinely had at other rentals in Hawaii were missing here. The on-site handyman/caretaker was wonderful, extremely kind and helpful and his overwhelming Aloha spirit is *the* thing that made up for the rest.

Lovely spot in Turtle Bay

Clean, fresh and well appointed. Everything was so easy and we had an amazing view of the grounds. Nice option to have a kitchen to cook in and a washer dyer. Saved $$ on food by bringing our own and stopping at the grocery on the way in. Pool was very close and well kept. Lovely condo and highly recommend.

Very nice stay

Wonderful view from balcony. Unit is well stocked and very clean. Very convenient to golf course and Turtle Bay resort. Most days there was a pleasant breeze to cool the unit, which is necessary. AC limited to master bedroom and AC unit is worthless. If no breeze, it is a bit stuffy especially in loft. Regardless, a wonderful unit for a group of 4 and good value.

Great location. Very comfortable

I spent Christmas week here. It's a very nice condo in an excellent location. Bed is comfortable and the condo has everything we needed for making breakfasts. Kitchen is fully equipped. It was great to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. My niece slept in the loft bedroom and said it got a bit hot up there during the night. That room doesn't have a/c but the main bedroom does and I used it at night. I think this is a good condo but without a/c besides in the master it would be very warm in the spring and summer months.

Just great!

Overall the suite was great. It was too hot to sleep in the bed upstairs in the corner, so had to sleep with the windows open and on the couch. It was still very comfortable.Surprisingly, we couldn't find any beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella which are typically available in the rentals. We managed for the 4 days that we stayed there.We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you.

Great family stay

If your after a home away from home, very clean, beautiful breeze, over looking the golf course , upstairs condo with main bedroom, kitchen, living area bathroom , then upstairs on a mezzanine level 2 single beds and ensuite which our kids loved! Great for family’s, loved being on top level , no noise very quiet, close to pool, very secure , private car park, close to main Resort & beach. Would highly recommend, we would stay again.

Wonderful stay at Deep Blue

Although a little dated, the unit was clean and tidy, with all the amenities we need. Great location on the North Shore without the resort price. Nice and close to local eateries. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had all essential utensils. Would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

Very nice place. Beautiful view of the golf course. Tucked away from the parking lot. 10 minute walk to Turtle Bay. Staff on site was super friendly and ensured we would have no issues during the very busy 4th of July weekend. Could use some TLC as there were a few minor things that could use some updating. Bathroom towels were threadbare and stove had a nonworking burner. Had an issue with the WiFi the first day but it was fixed quickly. Would love to come back again.
