This is a lovely updated condo! Lorna was very responsive throughout our whole trip, and made us feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again.

The suite was immaculate and very Zen. The kitchen was well equipped for actually cooking meals. Lorna was very accommodating when we said we wished to grill some food, quickly providing charcoal and great tools. We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely recommend this listing for VRBO.

Aloha, our host was FABULOUS! LOVELY interior decorating which looks so fresh and new. Nice comfortable King size bed and extra amenities for spa day in house. Luv luv luv

Clean, modern, well equipped—Kaia Villa exceeded all expectations. It was beautiful, had everything we could ever need and more, and was the perfect space for our family trip to the North Shore. Our kids loved all the extras; games, puzzles, pickleball paddles, beach toys etc., and the adults enjoyed the extra toiletries, comfortable bed and beautiful/clean decor! Our host, Norma was very kind, helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back one day.

10/10! Will definitely stay here again. It’s a sophisticated & spa like experience that is tucked away in a quiet, & beautiful portion of the turtle bay golf course. Every detail was meticulously thought out to provide everything you need for a cozy & relaxing Hawaii stay. Mahalo Lorna!

I cannot begin to emphasize enough how lovely, welcoming, and luxurious the accommodations are at Kaia Villa. Lorna is an exceptional host-- she provides a surprising number of thoughtful touches and conveniences to ensure guests feel truly cared for. I have never experienced another stay like this, where I was so often delightfully surprised to find what I needed already available to me. It made our stay feel effortless. Wonderful location, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, laundry in-unit, beautiful outdoor spaces, all the beach essentials (chairs, umbrella, etc.), and a gracious and responsive host. I hemmed and hawed over properties for this very special trip. Everything is so expensive and if I'm being honest, this one was outside of my budget. But I kept coming back to it and I am so very thankful I booked it. I am confident you will be, too. p.s., I highly recommend a visit to the spa at Ritz Carlton at Turtle Bay right down the street. The facial I booked with Sanchi was out of this world relaxing and my pedicure with Brittney was such a treat. Again, outside of my budget and worth every single penny!

This vacation home was very modern, relaxing, and made it very easy to fully enjoy our vacation. We celebrated our 20 year anniversary and the host left us a really nice note and token congratulating us and welcoming us on our stay. We did not need much as this place was well stocked. Because of what is included we did not have much need to communicate with host though they made us very aware that we could contact them for any questions. The location is 14 minutes from Waimea Bay in one direction and about the same in the other direction to visit the PCC. It's also a short walk to the beach next to the Ritz-Carlton with amazing sunsets. Also the pool is less than a minute walk across the parking lot. We never heard the neighbors. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will bookmark this location for future visits.

This recently refurbished villa is spacious and pristine. The furnishings are extremely comfortable, from the couch in the living room to the extra wide bed in the bedroom to the chairs on two patios. There is generous closet and dresser space. There are big screens in the living room and the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped - including a Nespresso machine and a French press - and fully stocked - with good quality coffee pods, olive oil, etc. The bathroom featured quality toiletries - including moisturizing face masks, which were pleasantly refreshing after days in the sun. Beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, and a beach cooler were handy and saved us money on rentals. Our host responded promptly to every inquiry - often within minutes - and was very accommodating each time. For example, when we burned through the coffee pods (we are prodigious coffee drinkers) she had additional pods delivered the next morning. This is an A accommodation.
