Fabulous location, clean apartment on beach!

Carol the host is very pleasant to deal with. All communication is easy and fast. The 2 bedroom apartment with communal pools and spa is well equipped and clean. Fabulous location right on beach and about 10 minutes walk from Cavill Avenue. This was our 3rd stay and we loved it again thank you!

Fantastic beachfront property!

We loved our stay! Carol was very easy and friendly to deal with both leading up to our stay and after. Great location right on beach front. Rooms were clean and nice, simple decor. Short walk to Cavill avenue and river. Indoor and outdoor pools were clean and heated. I loved the spa! Thanks Carol we will be back!!

We really enjoyed our time at the Imperial Surf apartment. The rooms were comfortable and the bath was a bonus. The best part was the view, we just loved looking out onto the ocean everyday. Loved it!

Amazing!!!

Gorgeous unit, great location. Everything you could ask for in a unit and more. Private, family friendly, close to shops, amazing view!! Owners were lovely to deal with and the cleaner does a great job mid week. Will definately stay here again- thanks so much.

Great apartment and even better view!

I had a birthday weekend away with the girls and stayed at this lovely apartment. I would recommend this apartment as it's cosy and comfortable and the location is a great spot close to all amenities and the beach right across the road. The shower is amazing and the balcony view of the ocean is the highlight of the apartment so magnificent! :-)

Great place to relax !

Fantastic apartment, view, location, service and amenities ! Next time i'm driving there, motion sickness and flying don't mix. The whole experience was more than worth it, relaxation and more than enough to do in the area made for a memorable week, thanks.

Great Property .. No Regrets

Well kept, clean and all appliances in working condition. The beds were comfy and the apartment well stocked for a family's daily need. The view was top class and we enjoyed viewing the sea with cool breeze blowing into our faces. It takes about 5-8mins stroll into Cavill where the shops and action is. Easy access to car rental shops just behind. Not too far away from the usual tourist haunts (self drive or paid transfers). Security was tight but we like it this way and being on the 27th floor gave us peace and quiet from schoolies outside. Only regret we have is the lack of time we spent chilling out in the apartment as we were out to the theme parks :) Highly recommended apartment !

Best location in Surfers

Imperial Surf has a commanding position in Surfers Paradise right on the beach and central to all of the attractions the Gold Coast has to offer. You couldn't ask for a better spot and the fact that unit 27b is front and centre of the building with 180 degree water views is a huge bonus. The unit is tastefully decorated with modern bathrooms and quality furniture. Particularly liked the comfy lounge and free standing bath!! Security parking is easy to access and there is plenty of space for drop off and pick up and for visitor parking. I like the fact that this unit is within easy walk to Cavill ave and all of the restaurants and shops but far enough away to avoid the 'hustle and bustle'. The noisiest thing you'll hear during your stay is the crashing of waves on the beach. Overall great value and highly recommended

Absolutely loved our stay! Apartments are not new, but clean, well equipped with everything that you need for the comfortable stay. Views are great. We could see the whales and dolphins every morning. Great value for money! Very nice and helpful owner! Looking forward to our next stay.

Great location with ultimate views!

This is a great apartment for a family of four with ample space, large & modern bathrooms, and huge balcony with expansive views. The property is well-stocked with plenty of cutlery, dishes, bedding, towels, etc.. The location, at the north end of Surfers is within walking distance of shops, cafes, and amenities. The manager thoroughly organised our access to the unit by posting the keys and a welcome kit prior to our arrival. Parking at the building is easy. The building has good amenities despite the ongoing renovations. The tennis court is particularly nice. One downside is that the kitchen (circa 1970's) is in desperate need of renovation. But, all the appliances function and there is plenty of space to prepare meals. The dishwasher works great. The only other downside is that the sliding door to the balcony doesn't lock due to age & wear. But, theft wasn't too much of a concern with being on the 27th floor of a secure building. Overall, a good property that ticked all the boxes.

Fantastic apartment

The apartment has great views over the beach and down to Tweed Heads. Not a modern unit but has all the gear you need to have a self contained break. Secure parking for one in the basement and good lift access. Trolleys to move your bags from the car to the apartment were a bonus. Close to Cavill Ave shops and food.

Everything you need.

The apartment was excellent. View was stunning and fantastic being right across the road from the beach. Very nice and quiet despite being so central. Plenty of space. Everything worked really well, and the apartment had thoughtful inclusions such as ice packs in the freezer, and tea and coffee, as well as plenty of useful cutlery and crockery. The bathrooms were lovely, the shower was good, the laundry was great, the beds were comfortable and it was really nice having drawers and plenty of hangers in the bedrooms. I would definitely recommend it. The kids were disappointed with the swimming pool, but given that the beach is right across the road, this didn't matter, and we enjoyed the tennis court. A short (5 minute) stroll to Cavill Avenue and all the activity. Would happily stay again.

Location Location Location -with Magnificent Views

As a frequent Gold Coast visitor I would highly recommend this property, comfortable beds, great kitchen, laundry, luxury bathrooms and bonus two TVs. The 2 pools, spa and sauna were clean and warm - even outside. Glorious 180 ocean views - we saw dolphins and whales most mornings. Location - a pleasant 5 min walk to Cavil Ave and also security of this building is first class. Book this property with confidence - run by owners that care about their guests.

The holiday apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, perfect for a small family. - Balcony with unbeatable unobstructed ocean views - A short walk to beach, shops and cafes/restaurants, near Cavill Ave - Located on the beachfront - 2 swimming pools, spa & sauna, steam bath, BBQ area - Bicycle and walking path Would definitely stay there again at our next visit on the Gold Coast!
