Internal laundry with washer and automatic sensor dryer. Bathroom with shower only. Reverse cycle air-conditioner. House furnished with leather lounges, smart television, blu ray player and Wii with a selection of blu-ray and DVDs as well as Wii games, free WiFi. Bunk room set up with television and DVD player for kids entertainment, board games and puzzles also available. Light filled living area with louvre windows for cross ventilation to catch sea breezes. Central area of house open plan encompassing lounge, dining and kitchen area. Minimum 5 night stay over Christmas holidays.

Pantry fully stocked with essentials ... tea, coffee, condiments and cooking basics.
Linen available at $20 per person which includes bed linen, bath towel and beach towel. Minimum bond of $300 held on credit card, bond amount may be higher to be confirmed at time of enquiry.
Walk to Ettalong Beach which is a flat water family friendly beach for swimming. Easy walk to dog beach with surf. Walk to Ettalong shops, Ettalong cinema, Ettalong market and Mantra at Ettalong. Ettalong Blu is within an easy drive to Pearl Beach, Umina beach, Avoca beach and Terrigal.

Dogs allowed inside but not on the furniture or in bedrooms. Please specify dog breed and number of dogs you are bringing in the comments field at time of booking. Dog bowls supplied as well as dog blankets and bedding, $50 dog cleaning fee. Easy walk to Palm Beach ferry which allows dogs so leave your car at home and enjoy the 30 minute ferry ride over to Ettalong Blu for the weekend as everything you need is within walking distance. Easy walk to dog friendly off leash beach so your family friend can also enjoy a swim. Or walk around the corner to the oval if your friend prefers a bit of extra running space in the grass. Please note we do not accept 6 adults booking.
