Venue was convenient to needs. However, disappointed details of checking in not sent out till actual day of check in. We could not plan ahead and was actually on the road driving when details came through. Just a couple of negative feedback: 1. Towels provided were smelly. Had to rewash before using and still couldn’t get the smell out. 2. No pegs provided for hanging washing3.No shampoo nor conditioner for hair provided despite stated that it would be.

Great place to stay for our family of 4. We had everything we needed. The host was helpful. Close to beaches, shops and restaurants.

Sheets were not cleaned. Couldn't get the wifi to work. Stove top was filthy. Lounge seats were of poor quality and uncomfortable. Had to fix the insect screen door. Had to clean the shower drain as it was clogged with hair and water wouldn't drain away. Overall a good place to stay but needs a bit of furniture upgrade.

Private Retreat and close to the beach.

This property was the perfect size for us ( 3 adults) with two bedrooms and a large bathroom. The off street secure parking for two cars is great. The home was very clean and had everything you would need for an extended stay. The location is very quiet and private from the main house and other neighbours. Good proximity to the local beaches.

Lovely house and great hosts

The property was even better than described and seen in the pictures. It was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future. The host were very approachable and responsive too.

Patience and communication could do with some work...

Our family unfortunately had a negative first impression of our Stayz getaway. Our host was very impatient when requesting ID. Within 50hrs of making the booking, she threatened to cancel our stay and only give a 50% refund when I didn’t send my ID through yet, because I had simply asked her why they required my ID. We would’ve appreciated the House Rules to be easier to find (e.g. in the Description), because I only saw them during the booking process. We would’ve also appreciated a certain timeline for when you have to provide ID, and the reason why ID needed to be provided. Additionally, we were unable to check-in due to being given the incorrect code for the key locksafe. Fortunately we were able to get in phone contact with the host, who explained that the cleaner had changed it earlier in the day… Upon entering the accommodation it was clean, décor was lovely and gave beach vibes. There were a few things that could’ve been improved on to make it a better stay: only 4 towels were provided for 5 guests, the living room couch blankets had sand in them, bathtub plug was missing, mugs were scratched and old, Venetian blinds were difficult to use, wall clock didn’t work, and DVD/board games cabinet was a mess. Overall our Stayz trip was a nice getaway, would consider coming back if clearer communication was available. However, props to the great pricing and proximity to town centre and beaches.

Perfect getaway

Fantastic, reasonably priced accommodation for the location to the beach,as well as a lot of the main hub for shops and food. The accommodation is exceptional for young families with the addition of all the toys and use of high chair. Is also probably the most well stocked accommodation we have stayed at with plenty of dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, washing powder ect. Only downfall was only having 1 roll of single ply toilet paper available, so we had to go buy more loo paper but seriously other than that the place is perfect

Wonderful property

Wonderful well appointed, clean and comfortable property. A pleasure to stay in. My only complaint was I couldn't get the TV remote to switch to the DVD player but that was a very minor problem and in no way tarnished our stay.

Cosy and well equipped

Great place to stay to catch up with family and friends in the area. It’s well equipped, clean and just the right space for a family of 4, there are also toys for the kids to play with. Beach and the shops are just a few minutes away, You must also check out the Cove Cafe just up the road. Thank you Klara.

Great stay

A lovely place to stay for a family holiday. Great location, very clean, toys for the kids and comfortable beds. It was helpful to have the cot, highchair and kids cutlery to make a holiday with kids so much easier.
