Newly refurbished - An area of 800 sq.m surrounds the very beautiful villa, a short walk from Agios Nikitas village with absolute privacy. The land is dotted with big trees and plants so you can enjoy your lunch or breakfast in the open space, with shade or sunshine. On the back yard, under the trees, there is your private swimming pool with sunbeds and chairs which offers you total relaxation and privacy.

Just one minute walk you can find the very beautiful beach of Ag. Nikitas with mini markets and a splendid selections of tavernas and bars.
A further five minutes drive to the north or south will take you to some much larger beaches where the sea and the swimming is superb.
Prices include maid service, change of bed linen and towels.

Great location!

Wonderful property

Everything about the place was perfect ,the only thing it needed was a microwave as you needed the pans out but that is a real minor issue .Eva was superb would recommend the villa to anyone 👍❤️

Beautiful summer house in great location

A charming traditional villa with beach, restaurants and shops just a minute walk away. Lovely small pool which is perfect for kids splashing around and sunbathing in privacy. The house is well appointed with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The hosts were really helpful and flexible. Highly recommended!

Nice little house in the middle of Agios Nikitas... 5min to the Bars, and the local beach... All clean, nice outlook, clean pool ... all in all very friendly and nice... we had our own lemons on the tree beside the house, fresh and juicy, every day ;-)

Excellent location

The property is very close to the centre of the village and a short walk takes you to a street which houses a large number of restaurants and bars which hopefully will appeal to all tastes and budgets. Well appointed villa with pool area, outside shower, separate outside seating area and a gas barbecue. There are two accesses to the property. Parking is on the main road close to the villa. Great support from Eva and Jimmy throughout our stay - thank you.

Cozy modern retreat!

What a lovely place to stay. perfect for my family of 4. A big selling point for me is that this place has en-suite bathrooms. which meant my children werent taking over my bathroom the whole holiday. Plus an additional bathroom downstairs. perfect for diving out the pool straight into! Very modern inside. lovely private garden and pool. in the heart of the village, but it was far enough away to keep in private. I would completely recommend this place!

Perfect in every way!

The villa is located in the most perfect location to visit all of the gorgeous beaches and towns around the island. being just on the outskirts of Agios Nikitas, You can stroll into the village anytime for a snack or lovely dinner, and also straight to the beach. The property is set in a lovely lush green garden, with ample space, private pool, outdoor shower, gas bbq you name it. The house is newly refurbished, with refined finishings, large bright, crisp, clean rooms. Both bedrooms being ensuite, and a further washroom downstairs. perfect for the family, as there was no bathroom arguements!The hosts are eager to make all guests feel happy and welcome, going out their way to make sure you have a great stay. Perfect in every way!

Charming property

First, the house is beautiful and looks like the pictures. It is clean, bright and comfortable. The downsides to this stay: parking. You have to park on the street (if parking is available near the entrance -it wasn’t always) then walk down a sloped path and steps to get to the house. The house is within walking distance of the beach, a pharmacy, three stores and many restaurants. But if we left during the day, we would have to park far from the house and try to move the car after people leave from the town (11pm or later). The pool is beautiful, but cold. Colder than the Mediterranean. For the price, I would not stay again, but it was a lovely trip overall.

Overall good

The property is very well placed for access into the village with bars, restaurants and the beach close by. It is very shady with many surrounding mature trees which limit any views and keep the villa dark but cool, which was a mixed blessing, the first few days it felt too chilly then the temperatures got much hotter and it was pleasantly cool indoors. Sitting in the sun was difficult anywhere on the property including around the very small pool so we would not return as we like to sit in the sun by a pool. The pool is high up behind the villa up many steps so not close to the kitchen to get drinks etc.

I never expected that anyone would be unhappy with the shade of trees. We try very hard to keep these big trees healthy, so that our customers have shade during the very hot days of July/August. Without awnings, but in a natural way. It is the only villa in Agios Nikitas that can offer this. But....ok, it's your opinion, Thanks.

Perfect.....Lefkada is a beautiful island. And you need a base to explore it. "Casa Picola" is perfect for this. We chose right. Perfect villa away from it all, spotless clean and wonderful host Tasos and team. They will accommodate you, so you feel at home. Go and have fun, rent a car for your stay and explore the island, beautifl beaches and tavernas for fantastic food. Having your own little get away, just on the edge of Agios Nikitas village is grand! being on the west coast is heavenly and the blue water, there are no words. Perfect position to explore the island.If you didnt have time to do any research, the staff are full of great advice and ideas. Porto Katsiki, Sivota, Karya, a boat trip to Meganissi. Enjoy everyday and go back to a lovely villa, there waiting for you to relax and enjoy, with your own private pool. you have everything you need to cook an meal and enjoy as the sun is setting with a glass of wine. or a 30 second walk along the back street and you are in Agios Nikitas for a wonderful meal and cocktails. A must visit place.

Relaxing and peaceful

My husband and I spent a lovely 2 weeks at Casa Piccola. We were met (after a flight delay and getting lost on the way to Agios Nikitas as it was 11.0'clock in the evening) close to the villa entrance by Simone and Jimmy. Jimmy removed our luggage from the car and took them to Casa Piccola. Simone was so lovely to deal with, very helpful and accommodating and dealt with a couple of problems straight away. Thankyou Simone. Jimmy kept the pool extremely clean. The showers in Casa Piccola were fantastic, the barbeque was brilliant and the garden was so peaceful. Helena and the rest of the cleaners kept the villa sparkling clean. Agios Nikitas is a lovely place, the people are very friendly. Agios Nikitas beach was delightful, very clean and the sea is warm. I thought it was one of the best beaches I have visited. There are plenty of eating places to try also, although quite a few nights we would use the barbeque and eat our meal in the tranquil garden of the villa. We had a late flight home and Simone agreed we could have a late check out from the villa which was brilliant as it meant we could spend the day there before departing for the airport. All in all, I would recommend Casa Piccola, Agios Nikitas and the lovely staff we met, Simone, Jimmy and Helena. Thankyou Brenda and Wilf Howard

Beautiful house in village setting

We had a wonderful 10 days at Cassa Piccola. The photos are exactly what you get. The house was immaculate with everything you could need, the kitchen was well equipped, and it has 3 shower rooms. The back garden with bbq was very peaceful and lying by the pool was very private, you wouldn’t know you were so close to the village of Agios Nikitas. A 2 minute walk and you have everything you could want, 2 supermarkets, plenty of restaurants and a couple of boutiques all on a beautifully maintained cobbled street, of which a small sandy beach is at the end. We really enjoyed watching the sun go down at Captains Corner, literally on the beach, idillc. Simone who manages the villa, could not do enough, bbq ran out of gas and jimmy who maintains the pool and garden had a new bottle with us in 10 minutes of us calling, fantastic service. The house was cleaned and beds changed twice during our 10 day stay. Simone recommended some lovely restaurants, one being Rachi restaurant in Exantheia In the mountains a 20 minute drive away. The views were incredible, a real wow factor, sitting on a deck, over looking the coast, wonderful food and service. From here we watched people taking off paragliding, it looked so fantastic that we had a go, a must for those daring enough. We used paragliding Lefkada, Akis who does it was very professional and put us at ease. We would definitely recommend staying here, good for couples and families, everything there on the doorstep in a small, non touristy, very traditional village. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Lovely week in Lefkada

Well situated away from the main street (restaurants etc.) this was a perfect spot for a quiet, relaxing week away, but within a very short walk to the shops and restaurants. Eva was very helpful on arrival and departure and Jimmy was always on hand for help if needed. The pool was just right for us - deep enough for the kids to jump in, warm enough to spend time in. Agios Nikitas beach is quite small and crowded, but the sea is warm and clear. We preferred Milos, but you need to get a boat taxi (3 euros each way) or a 15-20 min hike up and down the hill - well worth the effort. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful week away in the sun, with access to plenty of good places to eat and drink.

Peace and tranquility in a stunning setting..

We had a wonderful stay, so quiet and peaceful. If you need a place where the silence is only broken by bird song, then this is the place for you. We had a power failure ( due to a lightening strike) but Eva couldn't have been more helpful, so too Jimmy. We really enjoyed our time here. The village is stunning and near by Mylos beach, breathtaking. Thank you everyone.

Wir waren insgesamt 4 Nächte in dem Ferienhaus in Agios Nikitas. Vom persönlichen Empfang bis zur Verabschiedung war alles sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ferienhaus ist mit großer Liebe zum Detail durchdacht, man vermisst nichts. Es ist nur einen kleinen Weg vom Strand und der autofreien Hauptstraße entfernt. Abseits des Trubels ist die Unterkunft ein Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung. Einfach nur wunderschön.

Family Holiday

We had a lovely two week stay and the property is just as in the photos-clean, tidy, and with everything you need. Lovely little pool (kept very clean by Jimmy!) to refresh yourself in the heat and to sit by and enjoy the garden. Comfy beds, great showers, lovely balconies to sit on, garden full of fruit trees and birds. Simone was super helpful upon arrival and during the stay; arranged boat hire for two days for us and made very good recommendations about where to go and what to do. Exanthia cafe offered brilliant breakfasts and views, Lefkada town was great to explore. Agios Nikitas is a lovely little sea side village with great cafes and restaurants and a few little supermarkets; the beach is easily accessible and a few minutes’ walk from the house (busy in August but early morning visits avoid this!). Milos beach also breathtakingly beautiful and accessible on a small (but hot!) hike over the hill or boat. Parking a little tricky at peak times but we were always able to get within a reasonable distance of the property and it was useful to have the car to explore the island. Would thoroughly recommend a stay at this lovely house!

Wir waren zum 2. Mal auf Lefkas in dieser Unterkunft. Einrichtung, Sauberkeit, persönliche Betreuung, alles ist wieder optimal gelaufen, der Standort nahe am Meer ist super und ein Supermarkt in fußläufiger Entfernung. Wir wollen gerne wiederkommen, auch speziell in diese Villa.

La villa è situata in un meraviglioso e rilassante paesino, molto differente dal caos del resto dell'isola. L'arredamento è molto moderno e nuovo e la villa è molto pulita, cosa non scontata sull'isola. Simone e Jimmy sono molto gentili e sempre pronti ad aiutarvi per qualsiasi bisogno. Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub - entspannend und spannend

Das Haus war sehr sauber und auch die Anlage war wunderbar gepflegt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Strand war nur wenige Fußminuten von der Villa entfernt und Anfang Juni bereits etwas gefüllt. Viele kleine Lokale waren auch sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Insel hat viele wunserschöne und auch einsame Buchten zu bieten. Ein Auto zahlt sich aus, um diese erkunden zu können. Alles in allem ein unvergesslicher Urlaub, der unsere Liebe zu Griechenland entflammen ließ.
