Clean, comfortable, great staff and additional accommodations like luggage storage & a lounge offering snacks, & anything from coffe to spirits all included. Also, a beach wagon w beach necessities was provided. Will definitely go back!

This was the most accommodating company I've ever rented from. They answered any questions we had within minutes. Beautiful location! Easy walk to restaurants, grocery store and beach. Would definitely rent here again or any other rental this company handles.

Perfect location

Perfect spot 5 minute walk to beach 2 minute walk to grocery store and town. Trolley is perfect to venture down the road.

No Stress and Clean

The property management company maintained excellent communication months in advance and during our stay. All of my questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner which significantly reduced my stress. The property was clean and modern which allowed my family and to relax and enjoy our stay. I highly recommend this property to all my friends and family.

Beautifully Updated Space in perfect location

Awesome stay! This house has been updated from the pictures online from Hurricane Milton damage and is absolutely BEAUTIFUL inside. New white flooring, furnishings, appliances, a new beautiful white kitchen island, pull out couch. (I wish I could attach the updated Pics) Beds and couch were comfortable! Everything was gorgeous and clean. They had cute customized supplies -shampoo/conditioner/Soap/etc. The location is walking distance from both downtown (2 blocks) and the beach (3-4 blocks). Quiet neighborhood. The pool is shared with 4 units and bit small -but everyone was respectful of the space and sharing. Beach chairs/wagons and coolers were onsite. The host responded quickly and kind. My only negative would be that the walls are really thin so you can hear the upstairs unit walking/creaking a lot -but a sound machine helped with that. Would absolutely recommend.

Dirty and old

The property was dirty. My daughter’s bedroom sheets were dirty. There was sand and food crumbs in them. The furniture in the living room and grow pillows were worn out and stained. The listing did not identify that there were 3 separate “apartments” and that you would have people above you stomping around. The tv would turn on and off on its own. The electricity was very dated and some of the plugs where extension cords that were used as outlets. The dishes/ utensils, towels and was cloths were sparse and I constantly had to do laundry and wash dishes for just 3 people. The chairs for the bleach were rusted and some of them were unusable. There wasn’t enough for all the people staying at the complex.

Additionally, it does state on the listing that Lantana is located on the first floor as apart of a duplex unit, meaning it can share dividing walls, floors, ceilings, outdoor space, and/or amenities with another unit(s).
