Shared facilities include two heated pools, a heated spa, tennis and pickleball courts, Shuffleboard, an on-site gym, and private beach access with free chairs and loungers; cabanas are available to rent and I supply beach towels, an umbrella, a cooler and a beach wagon. Please note check-in is after 4:00 PM, checkout is by 10:00 AM, and the unit accommodates up to six guests.
