Perfect location, beautiful condo, amazing hosts

We recently stayed at this condo in PV and absolutely loved it. The unit and complex were both beautiful with wonderful views. We even saw whales from our balcony. The home was fully stocked and the A/C worked great. Beds were big and comfortable, with lots of pillows, which we prefer. All furniture was beatiful and comfy. It was a quick, although steep walk into town and the beach, and a cheap, easy cab ride back. Jake and Gustavo were amazing hosts and very responsive to any needs we had! Counting down the days until we can return!

Best view in Puerto Vallarta

The place is way nicer than it looks. The owners are right next door but you would never know it. The location was perfect and the neighbors amazing. It’s a little piece of heaven and feels very European. It’s in the romantic zone and was a lot of fun. The fireworks at night added an extra touch

This was my second time staying at this property and it's become my go-to place if I'm in Puerto Vallarta. The listing is super clean, well stocked, well located and easily walkable to anywhere you want to go, has beautiful views, and the owners are super knowledgeable of the area and friendly and have a ton of great recommendations. This will not be my last time staying here! Also, the pool is amazing!

Wonderful Vacation Home

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! Jake and Gustavo were gracious hosts. We enjoyed the king sized beds, indoor/outdoor living, the pool, and gorgeous sunset views every evening. It's a fairly quick walk into town (under 10 minutes) and Ubers/taxis from town are cheap for those nights you don't want to walk up the hill. Our only complaint was that the noise from the road and construction could be very noisy at times. However, this was out of our host's control. We would highly recommend staying here!

Exceeded expectations

We have been to Puerto Vallarta before and stayed in a resort which was great. We were returning with our children this time and planned to stay there again, but the second we saw the pictures for this condo we fell in love and changed our plans! It was somehow even more amazing in person than it was in the pictures. The grounds, the location, inside of the condo, the views, the pool, all so beautiful. The condo was equipped with laundry, a dishwasher, a water filtration system, great showers, powerful AC for sleeping at night and close to so many good restaurants. And of course, couldn’t have asked for better hosts. When we moved on to the resort for the second half of our trip we kept asking eachother “why didn’t we just stay at Tizoc??” 😆 we will absolutely stay here again.

Getaway from the North

I first want to say that this was our first time in Puerto Vallarta and we could not have been welcomed any better. The condo was located perfectly for getting into the heart of the Romantic zone. We all felt so comfortable being there and knowing that the owner lived right next door and was there if there was ever a question made it all that much easier. We can't wait to get back and visit again.

Million dollar views and a top notch host!

We had an INCREDIBLE stay. The host gave us a thorough walkthrough when we arrived, and the place had everything we needed and more. There was even a list full of local food recommendations organized by meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner). He was extremely hospitable and shared some tequila with us, gave us some cookies, and generally was very friendly and happy to give us more recommendations as needed. The place was a quick (though steep) walk into town and the beach, or about a two dollar Uber. A lot of restaurants were easily accessible and the bus stopped right in front of the building, making longer excursions that much easier. We will absolutely be staying here again—it might be a while though as this place books quickly (for a good reason!!!) Thanks for an amazing stay!

This vacation rental was everything it promised to be and more. Jake and Gustavo met us upon arrival to make sure we understood how to work everything and find the amenities. The property is somehow even better than the photos! The location is fantastic, sitting out on the open patio was an absolute joy, and every recommendation for food was top notch. It was impeccably clean and I personally loved the amount of pillows in the bedrooms! The community pool was a huge highlight, just steps from our door, and they even left us a case of bottled water for our stay. Truly a gem in PV. We’ll be back to stay again. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Perfect Family Vacation

Our family of five had a wonderful stay at Casa Loco in Condominios Tizoc. The hosts are absolutely friendly and responsive, paid attention to all details, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! The condo is great, very well equipped with gorgeous views. We spent a lot of time at the beach- 10 minute walk- and using the on-site pool. I can’t wait to go back to this beautiful paradise!

Amazing Views and Wonderful Hosts

We spent a week in Nuevo Vallarta at a resort, but always love to spend some time in Puerto Vallarta at the end of the trip so we booked two nights here. Oh, how we wished we could've stayed here longer! Jake and Gustavo were wonderful hosts. They met us when we arrived and were very helpful and friendly. The place was absolutely beautiful and well-kept. We really enjoyed the views and I wish we would've had time to cook in that gorgeous kitchen. We loved the pool and visited it both days. The beach was a short walk away but there is a busy street that you need to cross. The way back is mostly uphill, so we usually took a taxi or Uber back because the way back was uphill. We loved our stay and look forward to staying here again some day!!

One of the best views around 5/5

This was the most pleasant surprise for our first time in Puerto Vallarta. We came down in September 2021 for a week, and it was also our first time using a vacation rental while on vacation, as we usually book accommodations in hotels or resorts. From the funicular that takes you high up on the hill with breathtaking views, to the apartment that was clean and spacious with gorgeous views from both the Living Room patio entrance to the Master Bathroom patio entrance, this was a good place to call home for a week. The hosts were accommodating and extremely helpful and close by in case we needed immediate assistance. Washer and Dryer were available in the apartment also. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms with ample space and clean showers. We really enjoyed spending time here, so we mostly went out during the day to explore, eat and drink, and would come back and hang out on the amazing patio overlooking the beach at night while witnessing some of the best lightning storms over the water. We were also about 3-5 minutes away from the beach (Walking) We will no doubt be back and encourage everyone who is looking for their own space, gorgeous views and amenities that make it hard to leave the property, this is your place.

Beautiful Villa with Sunset Views

We enjoyed our stay and will miss this view! The location is great, short taxi to the beach and many excellent restaurants. Pool was enjoyable and kids had the best time. Sunset swims, spotting the pirate ship, and fireworks in the bay were the highlights of our days. Families with small children should be cautious as the deep pool is not for small kids or non-swimmers.
