Pintoresca cabaña en la granja victoriana del país, con vistas a hermosos viñedos

Cómoda cabaña de 3 dormitorios en una granja de ovejas de 50 acres y un viñedo con capacidad para 7 personas. Dos camas queen, una doble y una individual. Cocina campestre muy bien equipada. Disfrute de un desayuno en la amplia terraza con vistas a la propiedad, el viñedo y el valle. Camina hacia el arroyo y disfruta de un picnic y bebidas con vista al arroyo. Pat Kevin, nuestra oveja mascota, recoge los huevos y alimenta a los chooks.

La cabaña se encuentra a solo 7 km del lago Eppalock y cerca de los viñedos de Axedale y Redesdale. A solo 10 minutos hacia Heathcote se inicia la famosa región vinícola de Heathcote. Para los golfistas, el campo de golf Axedale de 18 hoyos está a solo 3 km. Traiga sus bicicletas de montaña y recorra el O'Keefe Rail Trail desde Axedale hasta Bendigo. O simplemente venga y relájese en la granja de ovejas muy privada y pintoresca. Lo sentimos, no se permiten mascotas ni motos. La tarifa incluye provisiones de desayuno para el primer día.

Lovely peaceful farmstay

Ken & Kaye's property is a wonderful stay for the family. Our toddler loved feeding the sheep, goats & alpaca's, and the setting of a night in front of the fireplace was lovely. We'll certainly book again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The children were able to entertain themselves with so much to see and do - safely! We even got some time to read in peace. Beautiful surroundings. We will be back!

Fantastic farm stay

We stayed for 2 nights at this wonderful farm stay. The accommodation is lovely and comfortable. The location is quiet and beautiful, the views and scenery is stunning. Perfect peaceful getaway

Great hosts Ken and Kaye made sure that we had everything we needed to make sure our stay was comfortable. Cottage was perfect for the family of 7 and plenty of open spaces for the younger ones to run around and explore. Cold nights around the fire and playing board games really ensured quality family time was had by all. Thanks again and we will be back in the warmer months! Highly recommend!

Lovely views and very comfortable accommodation

This property has beautiful views over the surrounding landscape. The house is very comfortable and cosy with the woodburner and heaters in the bedrooms and bathroom. It was fabulous to have linen and towels supplied too. It was lovely being able to walk in the paddocks and enjoy the clear skies at night. Thank you Ken and Kaye.

Great stay at a farm/vineyard

Family hailing From Singapore. We were looking for a place to be away from the city. Ken's cottage ticks all the boxes. The house is fronted by a very well tended garden. It had all the amenities we needed. Provisions for breakfast were much welcome. We got eggs from the chook house as well. Ken was kind enough to give us a tour of the vineyard and explain to my kids on what he does. It is a nice experiencing for the kids to be able to interact with a vintner. At night, the skies were clear and we pulled out the deck chairs to stargaze, we were able to spot a few shooting stars too. Thanks Ken!

Wonderful experience for the family

So many wonderful things to keep the kids occupied - collecting eggs, feeding the alpacas, goats and sheep, helping Ken and Kaye to bring in the sheep, touring the property including creek and vineyard, picking snowpeas and celery from the garden and playing the selection of fun outdoor games. Close enough to town to enjoy the Science Discovery Centre and Bendigo pottery. Great gelato and fish & chips by the lake! Highly recommended! Thanks for a wonderful weekend. The kids didn’t want to leave!

Stunning rural escape

It was lovely staying at Ken & Kaye's property, the farm animals were great entertainment for the little ones and there were endless views and plenty of directions to walk and breathe in the fresh air. The house was cosy with the fire going and heaters in all the rooms made for a good night's sleep. Would love to return for another visit when time allows it 🙂

Peaceful stay

We loved staying at Ken's property. The house was clean and well stocked. Loved the animals who came every day to see us, we were able to feed them as there was a food for them in the barn. Loved getting up in the morning to enjoy the peace and the view on the verandah while eating breakfast. It was easy to communicate with Ken. My friend and her granddaughter and myself have great memories. I would go back.

Nice place to unwind.

Clean, neat property away from the hustle and bustle, great place to chill and chat, nice view. kids had fun feeding the Lamas and Goats. Adults had fun sitting around drinking wine and chatting. Weak phone signal was a great thing, as we could totally disconnect.

Beautiful family weekend away

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway! We are a family of 5 (kids aged 9, 7, 2) and the property catered for everyone. The kids loved feeding the alpacas and goats and exploring the farm. The kitchen was well equiped and home extremely clean. The log fire kept everyone cosy warm and the kids loved all the games provided! Thoroughly recommend if you’re wanting a weekend away to slow down and relax!

Perfect farm stay for our family

What a perfect holiday retreat for our young family! The cottage has everything a family could ever need and more! With a fireplace, split system heating and oil heaters in every bedroom, its the perfect place to enjoy cool autumn weather while watching the sheep wander freely from paddock to paddock a view which can be enjoyed from every window in the cottage or from the full wrap around verandah. Our family loved it and didn't want to leave, we will definitely be back again!

Fantastic Farm Stay!

Very impressed with all this farm stay had to offer! The house was lovely and very well equipped. The views from the house were amazing and so relaxing! My children loved feeding Kurt the friendly alpaca and collecting the eggs from the chicken barn. It was lovely to meet Ken too. We hope to be back one day!

Peaceful weekend

This was our third stay at Ken`s house. As usual it was clean and well equipped with everything you need. The property is in a very quiet and private location. We highly recommend Axedale Farm Cottage and Vineyard.
