We have stayed at this property before (different unit) so we knew what to expect. This unit, as other reviews stated, is a renovated hotel room, which was adequate for out needs. Bathroom is nicely remodeled. Bed was too hard for our liking, and it squeeks loudly anytime we rooled over or just changed positions at night. Teresa was awesome! She responded quickly to my questions when we arrived abd made us feel welcome.

This is just an old hotel room. It was not very clean and the lighting was terrible. Floor tiles which were badly broken were just covered by a rug. No broom/mop for cleaning so this is only adequate accommodation for a very short stay - no more than 5 days. Location is great and check-in eeasy.Will definitely NOT stay here again

A restful, clean space for a busy weekend

5 stars. The property is very well located and we enjoyed the patio view. It is small, but perfect to get a nights sleep during a busy long weekend. We had a minor glitch with the key code checking in but Theresa was right on it.

60’s hotel conversion!

Very small 60’s style motel room! Poor lighting, Old stucco walls, minimum bed quality, tight fit bathroom, no creamer, no spoons, store bought Cheap shampoo, soap. Wouldn’t go back!Basically a very overpriced VRBO 1960’s Motel 6!!

Overall great stay

This place is reasonably priced and has everything you need. It is very private. The 'backyard' space that the patio faces is alive with rabbits, quail, and various other birds. Its very quiet and the bed is above average comfortable!

You want additional money after our stay!

The day we moved in, someone entered the apartment and fell asleep on the bed! THERE IS A POLICE REPORT about that! the rest of the stay was ok but when we left, and received a summary of the cleaners including several photos of the state of the apt, the cleaners lied! There were empty boxes, yes but that's about it (and that's part of the cleaning process you need to do). The photos showed ice on the floor, which was either done by the cleaners or someone else as it was not there when we left! and most certainly there was No damage to the couch!

Good if you're not staying in or using the pool

A lot of restrictions and unclear info as to wat you can do and use. But everything else was pretty straight forward. Nothing to write home about. Good enough for a business trip.

Perfect for my golf trip!

Super good location to get to all my desired locations. The room had all one needed. Even some extra coffee and plates, etc. There was a patio i used to relax and get a kick out of watching all the rabbits and quail play around. 5 stars for a nice simple place to stay, get to and sleep. It was quiet as well.

Overall, it was a nice experience

I enjoyed my stay, as it was just perfect for a short business trip. Teresa, the property manager was very accessible. The only thing I can complain about is that the bed was too soft, but it was enough to have a good night rest. Thank you!

Not what the pictures portray

We had trouble getting ahold of the host to get into the property. The pictures on the vrbo website look a lot better than the state of the property when we were there. We tried canceling our reservation but ended up having to stay one night and then canceling the rest of our stay.

She didn’t even know I had paid and booked my visit.

So we stay there from Thursday really really really really late so almost Friday or Friday morning till Tuesday morning and the towels were tight to towels which wasn’t enough. There was no water as a complementary gift. There was no extra blankets if it was cold or chilly for either of us. And the biggest thing was the fact that I had ask her What the address was to the place so I can give it to my cousin that was staying with me and she was like you don’t even have a booked reservation you need to contact VRBO even though it was paid in full. Clueless host and I’m not really friendly host. Oh and the so called heated pool was not so heated it was freezing. I don’t know what their heated meant but from my neck of the woods meant it meant warmth and this was not warm at all!

Do It!

I had my reservations about booking this property but glad I read all the reviews and listened to them. Expected an old days inn room and found a comfortable peaceful home away from home. Exceptionally clean-updated little room with great little touches to make it perfect. Did all the tourist things and relaxed by the pool or in the hot tub everyday. Unless you’re looking for something with a nightly mortgage-like payment like the “W” - this is worth a look. Owner was so quick with responses and super friendly! We will be back.
