Casuarina Cove 1 is a spacious, freestanding 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa nestled just around the corner from the Hamilton Island Marina.

Set across two levels, it boasts spectacular views across the passage to the Hamilton Island Golf Course on Dent Island.

Enjoy refreshing sea breezes through the open-plan living space, or close up and relax in full air-conditioned comfort. The villa also offers access to several swimming pools across the island.

Timber floorboards and high ceilings create a light and airy feel, while two large outdoor entertaining areas invite alfresco dining and sunset drinks.

Fire up the BBQ on the upper deck or unwind on the downstairs balcony. The villa is fully self-contained, featuring a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need to feel right at home.

You also have your own laundry, and all linen and towels are supplied allowing you to stay for as long as you want.

Great location. The photo of the pool in the booking appears it’s your own private pool which is a little disappointing however it was still a great stay. Definitely need to upgrade your towels though and couldn’t find any cleaning spray for wiping down benches. Overall the check in and check out process was great. Staff were lovely thank you.

Lovely Stay

Very nice property. Beds are comfy, property was very clean and well appointed. House itself is a bit dated but all furnishings are new and well looked after.Loved the check in service and HamoRent went the extra mile, giving us a buggy after check out so we could explore the island more before our flight. Communication was excellentThe only drawback with the location is the noise from the pub and the 5am daily bin collection from the main street.

Great stay in a great location!

We took a 6 night stay here, and it was great. The accommodation is exactly as it looks in the photo's - it's not overly fancy, but absolutely does the job. It's a super short walk into front street for coffees, food and boat departures. Also comes with a buggy which was awesome. Great views of the harbour, and you can watch the aircraft land and depart too if that's your thing. We would stay here again for sure.

Great location. Tricky driveway. Comfortable accommodation. Apartment had everything we needed. Great for the elderly as one bedroom and bathroom is upstairs. Will come again

Great holiday

Great location and nice and tidy. Minor gripes are that this rental is much more outdated than the other casuarina rentals we have stayed at. Also something you should fix is the extremely watered down bathroom body soaps

Family Holiday

⸻We had a wonderful stay at Casuarina 1 on Hamilton Island, sharing the accommodation with our son, daughter-in-law, and their three children—including a 10-month-old baby. The layout was perfect for a multigenerational family holiday, with two spacious bedrooms downstairs for the family and a separate, private bedroom upstairs for us grandparents, complete with its own TV.The villa was very well-equipped and immaculately presented, with plenty of space across two storeys. The view from the balcony was absolutely outstanding—looking out over the water was a daily highlight—and the location was ideal, within easy walking distance to the Marina side, shops, and restaurants.The facilities were excellent and everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay was provided. Highly recommend Casuarina 1 for families looking for a well-located, spacious, and scenic getaway .

Amazing

From start to finish our stay was amazing. The rental company picked us up at the airport and delivered us to the house. The house has everything we needed and then some. We had cockatoo visits in the morning. The island is beautiful and we felt like we had found paradise! I would definitely recommend this property and rental company!

A functional property in a fantastic location.

This property is in a terrific location close to Front Street but still elevated enough to have great views. We had a family of 4 (2 Adults 2 Kids) plus another adult couple staying at the property so it was perfect for us with the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Our only gripes are as follows: 1. The bathrooms are tired and as a result didn’t feel like they were totally clean. We perhaps need to cut them some slack given the climate. 2. The premises aren’t that secure. We locked ourselves out once and were able to get in by simply lifting a screen door out of its tracks to dislodge the latch ( without damaging anything). 3. The air conditioning in one room didn’t work properly. 4. The clothes dryer was filthy - we couldn’t use it as it left lint all over the clothes put in it, despite leaning the lint filters. We had to rig up a mike shift clothes line on the balcony. With all of these things fixed we would rate 5 star.

In need of an upgrade

The house is big enough and in a good position. Unfortunately the beds are double, very small, and the blanket provided was a single, so one of you went cold. The bed was also old and saggy. It felt like the owners had put their old furniture into the holiday home. Also limited plates, cutlery and cups. Coffee machine but no coffee pods, and a very small amount of tea and condiments. Bit below par compared to Hamilton island holiday homes

Hi Joy, We appreciate your feedback. The beds are King singles, Queens or Kings depending on how you have them made up. But Yes we should have definitely had better blankets. Unfortunately when groups come and stay between a few properties things get moved around and constantly go missing. The guests before you hadn't mentioned anything and the cleaners must have missed this item. I personally went out this weekend and purchased half a dozen more blankets for the island. Nothing worse than being cold. I'll check when those beds were last replaced as again no one else had mentioned anything. All the furniture is new as of 4 years ago. The coffee pods you purchase from the IGA on island as there are so many flavours to choose from and we found most expired before they were used so do not supply these anymore. All feedback is valuable for us as we want guests to have the best holiday possible. I'll definitely be sending this to the owner so he can address the issues. Again we sincerely apologise and had we known you were so unhappy would have done out best to have your requests as best we could.
