The Olive Tree Residence is a traditional Mani Tower House, built at the beginning of the 19th century and fully renovated at 2019.
Attention to every detail and respect to the character of the tower had been the main objectives of the architect-owner during the restoration and decoration phases.
This meticulous effort resulted in an exceptional and tasteful appearance of each room, the garden and the main entrance.
The attention to detail and quality is also extended to the linen, towels, cutlery, kitchenware and electric appliances.
This unique residence offers separate bedrooms, one kitchen and one kitchenette, two bathrooms, two living rooms, garden and terraces along with private parking.
This tower house is built on a hill with the unobstructed view of olive trees, a near by small town and the Mediterranean ocean.

Why they chose this property
My parents bought this Tower-house in the late 1960s , fell in love with the extraordinary and impressive landscape and people of this area.
The same year they started restoring the tower with their own hands and the help of their friends.
Since then every attempt for restoration has been done with respect to the original structure and being an architect myself , I have made sure the modern needs have been met while maintaining the character of the house and the garden.
The energy of this home is ideal to charge your batteries and spend quality time with friends and family.
