Hilltop Retreat - Blairgowrie

Vous vous sentirez immédiatement à l'aise et détendu dans cette maison de 3 chambres élégamment décorée. Il est très proche de la plage de l'océan de Blairgowrie et à seulement 3-5 minutes en voiture de la plage avant et des magasins du village de Blairgowrie.

Vous entrez directement dans le grand salon ouvert prévu qui a une grande télévision à écran plasma avec DVD et Foxtel et une chaîne stéréo avec station d'accueil pour iPod. Cette pièce est baignée de lumière naturelle avec les 2 puits de lumière, mais peut rester fraîche avec la grande unité de climatisation. Il y a une table à manger pouvant accueillir 8 personnes et même un canapé supplémentaire en retrait pour être utilisé comme coin lecture. La cuisine est moderne et spacieuse, avec lave-vaisselle, machine à café et micro-ondes.

Il y a 3 chambres, 1 qui s'ouvre sur la fantastique terrasse divertissante qui dispose d'une grande table extérieure et de quelques salons bananes. Parfait pour les jours / nuits d'été !!

La salle de bain a une douche et dispose d'un sèche-serviettes, et la buanderie est entièrement équipée avec laveuse et sécheuse.

Il y a un abri d'auto avec une allée qui aurait beaucoup d'espace pour garer le bateau.

Le propriétaire vous donne même la pleine utilisation de leurs planches de bodyboard, 3 vélos pour enfants, 2 vélos pour adultes et des jeux de société.

De beaux meubles, de belles finitions et de nouveaux appareils complètent tous vos vacances relaxantes dans la péninsule.

Chambre principale - lit queen size, BIR

2e chambre - lit queen, peignoir, s'ouvre sur le pont

3ème chambre - 1 x lit superposé simple et 1 x lit superposé (ie lit double en bas avec un lit simple en haut), BIR. Cette chambre dispose d'une télévision avec DVD et d'une console de jeux Wii avec jeux Wii.

Le linge peut être loué à un coût supplémentaire, prix sur demande.

Nous louons uniquement aux familles et aux groupes matures.

Les animaux de compagnie bien dressés en plein air seront considérés.

Not as happy as I had hoped

After not being able to travel during lockdown this was the first time away before the Xmas rush. The house needs a little maintaining & some areas need to be cleaned more. The light over the kitchen didn’t work & the taps in the laundry feel as though they might fall off. Some of the cupboard doors need attending too. Although it was “clean enough” I felt there was no love & care in this property. Not what I had expected, a little disappointed.

Needs a clean and some tlc

The house could do with a really good scrub. The shower head needs some maintenance as it will not stay upright and can’t be tightened. The cushions on the couch are filthy and need throwing out.

Great location

Loved the location of this property, short walk to back beach & jumping rock. Leisurely stroll to front beach& shops. Interior is older than appears in photos but still comfortable. Air conditioning is only in living space so house was quite hot but fans provided in rooms.

Weekend getaway

Fabulous time at Hilltop

We had a fabulous time and really enjoyed our stay. The place was really clean and such a beautiful quiet environment in such a busy time at Easter. Was a perfect retreat and my two little fur babies loved the backyard as we all did as the weather was perfect. Everything you need was there and would definitely recommend. Can't wait to go back.

Clean and simple

We had a very relaxing stay at Hilltop Retreat for a week after Christmas. The house is quite basic but clean, well furnished and has just about everything you need for your stay. Beds are comfy. (Unfortunately one of the queen beds collapsed as the screws in the slats were no good. Kristen very quickly arranged a handyman to repair it on the same day which was impressive during that time of year and very welcome.) The back yard is huge and great for BBQs, kids and dogs. It was wonderful that we were able to take our dogs who loved being out in the yard. If your dog is an escapee (like one of mine) be careful - the fences are low in the back and there's a small gap in the front fence. Mine went for a wander but didn't get far! Thanks for a happy stay in this great location.

Spacious, Clean and Bright!

A group of girlfriends stayed here for a weekend away, it was perfect! Very clean, living areas and spacious and deck and backyard were gorgeous. Would definitely recommend to stay here for small groups of friends or 3x couples comfortably. We will more then likely be back again!!

Great Property!!

A group of 4 couples stayed in this property. Its big enough not to feel squashed but also cosy enough that it feels like your home away from home. Close to the shops and plenty of beaches ! The only down side if i had to write one was that we didnt have access to the shed as per advertisement. Apparently the key for it may have been accidentally taken by the previous renters.

Lovely, spacious house, clean and comfortable and well furnished. Deck outside was lovely with huge gas barbeque.Only problem was, we were given 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel each for 7 days and no bath mat, so one hand towel had to be used as a mat.! A few more towels would have been nice. Also the house sleeps 9 but there's only one shower and toilet.Fine as there were only 2 of us but might cause a few problems if the house was full of guests.
