The living room looks extremely elegant with classy and traditional furniture. It also has 3 windows which open to the street down below. The living room comes with a variety of furniture and appliances, like: large sofas, lounge chairs, a coffee table, a decorative fireplace, chest drawers and beautiful hardwood floors. It also has a dining space with a dining table meant for 6 people. The kitchen is very spacious with a surface area of 11 sq. metres and has two large windows overlooking the street. The kitchen also has all modern appliances and utensils for guests to use. Some of the kitchen inclusions are – breakfast table for 4, a microwave, induction hobs, a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, extractor hood, coffee-maker, kettle, and toaster. In addition to this, our guests can also stay connected with the unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi.
All 3 bedrooms have been given a contemporary and classy décor which falls in tune with the grandiose of the apartment. The bedrooms are of 16, 12 and 12 sq. metres respectively. Out of the 3 bedrooms, two of them have double glazed windows that open to a quiet and serene courtyard. The master bedroom has a European Queen size bed with two bedside tables, a fireplace and shelves for storage. This bedroom also has a private balcony attached to it. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and has an attached bathroom. This bedroom also has a flat-screen television, bedside tables, shelves and a decorative fireplace as well. The third bedroom has a double sofa-cum-bed, wall closets and has hardwood floors like the other two bedrooms. All the rooms get plenty of natural light and have good ventilation-thanks to the balcony and windows. There are two bathrooms in this apartment which have been given a modern décor, have chic sanitary-fittings. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub, while the other doesn’t.
