This tastefully designed and modern villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, as well as a great open plan living area with a large smart TV, DVD player, bluetooth speaker, reverse cycle air conditioner, and ceiling fans. With superb sea views from the living, dining, and kitchen areas, you'll feel like you're living in paradise.

Sleeping up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms, Pine Beach Villa is perfect for families or groups of friends. The main bedroom is located on the middle level with a queen size bed plus ensuite with shower, vanity, and toilet. The spacious mezzanine floor features a queen size bed, library full of books and board games, and a sitting area to relax and recharge. On the ground level, you'll find the 3rd bedroom with two single beds and a flat screen TV, as well as the main bathroom with a shower over the bath, vanity, and toilet.

With a large private backyard to cook up a barbeque and a lockup double garage for your convenience, Pine Beach Villa has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. And with all linen supplied, you can rest easy knowing that your bed will be made up and ready for you upon arrival.

As per our Terms and Conditions, a valid credit card is required during the online check-in process for all bookings. It is important to note that the credit card provided may be charged for any damages, additional cleaning, or rubbish removal that may occur during your stay at the property.

Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.
A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Owner'S Rights
Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.
