Recientemente renovado, el impresionante diseño arquitectónico de la Costa Sur, que maximiza las magníficas vistas donde el país se encuentra con el mar, ahora está disponible para su disfrute.

Esta casa espaciosa, contemporánea y confortable de estilo Hampton en la tradición de Nueva Inglaterra ofrece un ambiente lleno de luz. Las zonas de estar con paneles de madera están elegantemente decoradas para aprovechar las espectaculares vistas al mar.

ALOJAMIENTO

Hamptons Escape ha sido diseñado artística y cuidadosamente para alojar hasta 8 personas, con 4 dormitorios y 3 baños.

El dormitorio del segundo piso con cama de matrimonio se abre a un balcón Juliet con vistas a la playa de Seven Mile y al lado hay un salón con un balcón que da al Océano Pacífico.

En la planta baja, el dormitorio principal tiene una cama doble, baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje. Esta sala principal contiene puertas de doble pliegue a la terraza frente al mar, que se abre hacia el Océano Pacífico.

El 3er dormitorio tiene una cama doble con puertas francesas que se abren a una gran veranda delantera, y el 4º dormitorio ofrece dos camas individuales que también se pueden combinar como una cama King.

La sala de estar fluye a la cubierta, que baja a la reserva frente al mar. Esta área comprende una sala de estar y comedor de cocina abierta, que da al mar y al promontorio de pastoreo de ganado. La cocina y la barbacoa al aire libre ofrecen una oportunidad para el chef gourmet.

El salón y la terraza del piso superior tienen sensacionales vistas de 180 grados del Océano Pacífico y Blackrock Point. Ambos espacios brindan un maravilloso punto de observación para la migración de ballenas y el frecuente avistamiento de las juguetonas vainas de delfines.

La veranda delantera se reduce a un césped y un jardín. Una cama de día proporciona un área para que el lector de vacaciones se relaje en un tranquilo jardín ajardinado.

Very nice home but missing few things

We all LOVED the house and the view is absolutely spectacular. However you will enjoy your holiday a little more if you bring shower gel, shampoo/conditioner (we had one shower gel in one bathroom), also good if you bring tissues and paper towels, pantry is hit and miss, some very surprising items but some basics ie vinegar, plain olive oil missing. Our main bedroom had issues with the lighting, ie no light, so had to use lamp from elsewhere. Someone was meant to address this but no one showed. We stayed 4 nights and ran out of toilet paper after three nights...(so may be pack that little emergency roll) . Anyone going there is hopefully just wanting to really relax and not think of work as internet was basically not working, also no streaming of tv channels. This was actually very upsetting as some one had to work from there and had to go to local library to do so. All the missing items could be so easily supplied by the owner and make this then an upmost happy experience for their guests and a very small cost, as the price was definitely on the higher end for this property. (and may be couches need a good steam clean please) The house is however very suitable for a larger family gathering.

Great house in a great location

Our group had a fabulous stay at this beautiful property. Lots of room for a group to relax and enjoy. We particularly liked the fire, there was plenty of firewood stacked for use which we really appreciated on a cold weekend.

A perfect home to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary with our bridal partyy

This is a beautiful high end property in a fabulous location - perfect for special occasions. It looks straight on to the Pacific Ocean. The house is very well stocked - it had everything we needed . The furniture and fittings are well cared for and maintained. This was a very special weekend with old friends in a gorgeous home. We will definitely return. Highly recommended

Holiday Perfection

This property is absolutely stunning. The house itself has been thoughtfully designed and communal spaces accommodated our 7 adults really well. The location is perfect with the amazing ocean view from the property, the short walk to beaches and 5 min drive into Gerringong for supplies.

Beautiful views

We were blown away as soon as we opened the door. Not only was the house impressive, but the view of the water was amazing! I would come back to this place for sure. I especially loved the room on the 2nd level overlooking the water - it was perfect for reading a book and enjoying the view. Wonderful stay.

Perfect location

Perfect house in a perfect location in Geroa. Uninterrupted ocean views. Very well equipped property, clean, spacious and very comfortable. Great vantage point for whale watching from the deck. Close to Gerringong and Berry for plenty of options for cafes and restaurants and shopping.

The perfect weekend escape

What a perfect weekend getaway. We stayed for 3 nights, but would have loved to stay for 3 weeks!! The house is beautifully furnished with a luxurious feel. However....the view.... what an amazing view and play area for the kids. Sitting on the back verandah enjoying the view was just breathtaking. As guests we felt everything had been thought of to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We will definitely be back to stay at this gem in Gerroa.

Heaven by the sea

From the moment we entered the property we were so impressed! The house is absolutely gorgeous with every small detail considered. The cleaners do a fabulous job preparing the house between guests. So many divine and interesting decorator details. Perfect layout for our group also. Only small suggestion is to update DVD Collection as most cases are empty and those discs that are there don't play as they are cheap copies. 3 days away felt like 3 weeks!!! Love Gerroa and loved staying at Hamptons Hideaway!

Luxury Overlooking the Ocean

This was a great getaway for a family of 7. We booked for our parents 50th Wedding Anniversary and there was a great space for all ages to relax and unwind. The kids loved it as did the men and women. There were lots of board games for when we retreated indoors at night after fishing, going for long tourist drives during the day (this was a great location to access other towns from) and playing ball games in the back yard overlooking the magnificent ocean! Kitchen was also well equipped to cook up the fish that we caught earlier in the day and dish up a great meal for the family.The beds and the rooms were very comfortable, the bathrooms luxurious and the interior decorating is brilliant. And the is nothing better than being lulled to sleep to the sound of the ocean and the waves crashing onto the shore. Would definitely book again in the future!

Excellent property.

Perfect size house to eat, sleep and repeat!! Enjoy the spectacular sun rise, go fishing, take long walks, cook up a storm in the amazing kitchen, read lots of books, what the ever changing ocean view. Very clean, and well planned house with a zone for everyone.
