NEWLY RENOVATED DOG FRIENDLY BEACH HOUSE WITH FENCED IN YARD 1 BLOCK TO BEACH

Welcome to C Street Retreat!
Newley renovated 2 Bedroom , 2 bathroom beach house with a fenced in yard for the dogs, 1 block to the Beach and walking distance to many restaurants.

MONTHLY BOOKINGS ALLOWED FROM SEPTEMBER TO MARCH AND ARE SUBJECT TO A $250.00 DEEP CLEANING FEE

There is a single garage for storage, washer and dryer, new floors and windows, new kitchen and appliances and a 12 cup coffeemaker, linens , & towels. The master bedroom has it's own master bathroom. Smart TV's with Streaming only and Internet Speed of 800 MBPS.

There is a gas BBQ and a propane fire pit.

We provide beach cart, 4 chairs, umbrella and beach towels for your stay.

Lisa & Tony, the owners live close by for emergencies, there is a door code for entry.

Pack your clothes and your dogs and enjoy your stay!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather all towels and start load in washing machine
Load and running dishwasher if need be
If bbq was used please clean and reline with tin foil and cover the bbq
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
You must Clean the BBQ after each use
Wash dog outside only Smoking outside only regardless if it's a vape.

Cute beach theme decor, very clean, cozy and comfortable. Just the right size for 4 adults and an 18 month old and fully stocked for indoor and outdoor needs. We really enjoyed the fenced backyard for the toddler. Great host communication. Would definitely recommend.

•The property is located in perfect proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops/boutiques. • The house is inviting and decorated very nicely.• I met Lisa and she is very nice and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was wonderful. She even forwarded a package to me that was delivered to me there a day after I departed.• This was one of the best vacations I have had and my dogs absolutely loved it!!!

This property is well updated and very clean! The owners really have it nailed down with all the small details taken care of on this property (toiletries, cleaning supplies, soaps/ detergents, beach accessories, etc.). Easy walk to beach and few restaurants nearby. Only con, maybe add shower rod or sliding door to on suite bathroom as it tends to get water outside shower since it's only half enclosed. Great property and communication with owners and highly recommend!!

My wife and I enjoyed this property. We stayed 3 nights for our wedding anniversary. It is centrally located in St. Augustine Beach, which is convenient. Our dog traveled with us, so the pet-friendly accommodations were nice. Our dog enjoyed the fenced-in backyard. A large deck is available for use, so there is not much grass or natural lawn, unfortunately. The neighborhood was quiet, and the parking in front of the property was adequate.

We had a very pleasant stay at this charming beach home. The location just off A1A was perfect for walking to the beach and local restaurants. The host was attentive and communicated quickly, and the home itself was well stocked and clean. We would love to stay here again!
