Bienvenido a 1st Street Retreat II Beach House, una casa de playa recientemente renovada con 3 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños, un garaje para 2 autos, un patio pavimentado y cercado que admite perros 🐶. A 1 cuadra de la playa, a poca distancia de los mejores restaurantes, como Famous Taco Shop, que está justo al lado, Beachcomber y Mango Mangos, que está a 1 cuadra, Obies, Café Eleven, Sunset Grill y Saltlife. Y a un corto paseo de los mejores helados en la playa CONE HEADS, que también prepara helados para perros.

En el interior podrá disfrutar de la decoración playera, cocina amplia, WIFI y televisión por cable.

El primer piso tiene 2 dormitorios de invitados, ambos con camas tamaño queen y un baño completo para compartir

El segundo piso, que tiene la opción de alquilar por sí mismo, cuenta con un dormitorio principal con cama king size, baño principal con plato de ducha, bañera separada y tocador doble, cocina, sala de estar, comedor y terraza.

El retiro exterior ha pavimentado cercado en el patio, ducha al aire libre, mesa y sillas y una barbacoa.

NO SE PERMITEN GATOS, SI UN GATO ES DE FOU D, LOS INQUILINOS SERÁN EVICTOS SIN REEMBOLSO.

The house was perfect for pets. Fenced in backyard for our dog to run around in. You can see the water from the balcony. Exactly one block from the beach. It is perfectly located on the strip. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Third Visit to Beach Retreat

This was our third visit and it feels just like home. We love the whole area, lots to eat nearby, beautiful beach, the outdoor space at the house is perfect and being able to bring our pups is the best. Thanks for another great stay!

Great house and location!

This was the perfect spot for us, with great food spots nearby and easy access to the beach. House is lovely and has great spaces to hang out with a small group of friends, and beds were very comfortable. We are hoping to return with our dogs soon!

Sibling get together!

Easy walk to beach and four restaurants. Park your car unload and enjoy. Everything was perfect! A1A Burritos was awesome but a very popular spot so plan to wait in line for a bit:)We woul return:)

Great family/dogs getaway

Best Dog Friendly Home by the beach

We love staying at this home. Has all the amenities and a short walk to the heart of St. Augustine Beach. House is always clean and comfortable. Our pups feel at home there too. Fabulous location at the beach. The house is roomy, comfortable and updated with great parking and supplies in the garage. Lisa is an excellent host, is always welcoming and available. The yard is excellent for friendly dogs.

Fantastic pet-friendly vacation rental

My family (husband, two teen daughters and I - along with our dog) had an amazing time at this rental property. Not only was the property itself perfect for our family (plenty of room inside and out including a fenced in back yard for our pet) but it was also in the ideal location - short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants. It was also well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a home away from home in St Augustine!

Our goal was to create clean, updated pet friendly vacation rentals for everyone to enjoy.
We started with 1st Street Retreat #934707 which alot of our clients enjoyed and asked about a bigger location to bring friends and family so we created 1st Street Retreat II
