Dunas en La Explanada Surf Beach

Ubicación y vistas idílicas en The Esplanade. 80 metros a bordo de la naturaleza caminar a través de las dunas de Surf Beach; no estaba lleno como algunas de las otras playas.
Maravilloso grande y luminosa sala de estar y cocina bien equipadas todas con vistas a las dunas, con vistas al océano y la bahía. Una amplia vista incluyendo la bahía de amplia wrap-around cubiertas con barbacoa encubierto. Escenario ideal para una familia numerosa o 2 familias o un grupo de amigos. Buen tamaño patio trasero. Un montón de espacio de estacionamiento en la propiedad y el exterior.

Situado entre San Remo y Cowes, útil para el circuito de carreras al tiempo que ofrece una ubicación tranquila playa.

Perfect stay.

Can’t speak highly enough about our stay. Plenty of room, amazing location and seeing the short-tailed shearwaters (mutton birds) fly in from the ocean in their thousands every night was truly sensational and sets this place apart from the rest! Entire house was clean and well appointed, quality appliances and such a short walk to the beach! Geoff and Pauline are wonderful hosts!

Wonderful place and location

The house is actually better than in the photos, with lots of room for a big family or multiple families. Heaps of amenities and everything you could need. The proximity to the beach is excellent and the beach itself is probably the best I have experienced. we will definitely be staying here again

Cosy and warm

Thank you Geoff and Pauline for letting us stay at your house. The house was clean and cosy. We appreciated the space and the little nooks that allowed the older teenagers to have some space of their own for a while. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

A good property in a wonderful location. Beach house vibes. Lovely sitting out on the upstairs deck through the day and evening. So close to beach access. Would definitely stay again. Hosts were great communicators.

Relaxing family weekend

Relax on the Esplanade

We have just spent 5 wonderful nights on the Esplanade at Surf Beach, the house comfortably accommodated 9 of us. The location is serene and perfectly located for access to the surf beach, less than a minute and your on the beach. The house has a great verandah which is partially covered so you can be protected from the weather and still spend time outside, there is also a good sized yard for the kids to run about and kick the footy. Geoff and Pauline were fantastic hosts and I would not hesitate in recommending this house to my friends and family.

Great place. Well equipped. Close to the beach

Very clean and well equipped. Nice Big-Wide Oven. Enough of Pans and Pots, one Dutch oven for the Lamb Roast, double wall coffee mugs (my favorite as I was considering taking my DW coffee mugs), and lots of other glasses, plates and cutting boards. Some cooking spices, sauces and oils at random in the pantry. In Sink Water Filter and Jug filter, make the water taste good. Close to the beach. Place to Relax We would like to get there again Next Year BB

Dunes on the Esplanade Surf Beach

The property was great, spacious for a big family or holiday group. The property was well kitted out with everything you could imagine. The location was amazing with the quiet, beautiful surfers beach a few meters across the road in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back.

Great home, suitable for families with older kids

We had a wonderful two night stay and The Dunes on the Esplande. The home was spacious enough for two families and being a two story home the stairs were no problem for our kids that were 5 and up. The table tennis table and the fireplace were a hit with our group and being so close to the beach kept the kids occupied even in the cold weather. A well appointed kitchen made cooking a breeze and the location was close enough to everything. We will definitely be back next year!

Fabulous house

We loved this house and found it was well equipped and had lots of provisions. Only noticeable problem for us was we had a toddler and had to watch him with the stairs. Maybe an optional gate across the top for families? Also, some fans in the bedrooms. Great views and proximity to the boardwalk/stairs to the beach. Would recommend this house.

Large modern comfortable house

We stayed with another family - four adults and four kids altogether - and the house was big enough for all of us to stay in comfort. The house is a few minutes drive from the main road, but also in a peaceful and quiet street right next to the beach. We would certainly stay here again.

Great family holiday location

We had a wonderful family break here. The location of the house to the beach was terrific for all members of the family, from my elderly parents to the 4 teenagers and ourselves. The house was beautifully equipped and well layed out with plenty of space for everyone to live. The views of the ocean and Western Port were ever changing and the sound of the waves to lull you to sleep at night. What can I say lovely!

Fantastic Family Getaway

Our two families stayed here over the labour day long weekend. Owners lovely with great communication prior to stay. Property was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Loved the sparkling and chocolates on arrival!! Used this place as a base for surf lessons at Smiths Beach which was only a 5 min drive away. We had some gorgeous walks along the beach, and kids enjoyed the waves for bodyboarding...so great having the beach SOOO close by. We would definitely come here again as it accommodated all of us with ease.

Great family getaway

We stayed over the Easter weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners were very helpful; the kitchen was well equipped with all the equipment you might need to cook; the house was perfectly clean, and the living space upstairs was beautiful. The main bedroom and ensuite is upstairs; the other three bedrooms are downstairs, with a seperate bathroom, TV room and laundry. There's a pingpong table and BBQ. The view of the dunes is very pretty. There was a good selection of games and books to entertain us, and the beach is right at the doorstep. Thanks for the lovely time.

We stayed two nights here at Dunes, the room is very nice and cosy. It is spacious easily accommodating three families. The kids love it so much since it is soooo close to the beach. To our surprise, the owner is very nice and considerable. We were greeted with a nice bottle of Champagne. A must to stay if you seek family friendly trip in Philip Island!!

Great beach house

A very relaxed beach house.  Better than the photos, lots of space upstairs, inside and outside dining, table tennis, extra TV/DVD room downstairs for the kids.  Right on the dunes.  Tick.
