Nestled on a private 5 acres lot on the border of NY and Vermont this home is in the country but close to all the amenities. Just 30-60 minutes from several ski areas. This charming home provides everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. The night sky perfect for stargazing. Take your morning coffee and sit on the back deck to watch the deer and wildlife wander in the fields behind the home or enjoy the cows across the meadow. Enjoy a quiet evening by the fire in the woodstove after a long day on the slopes or soak away the cares of the day in a hot bath in the oversize soaking tub!
65" Flat screen TV in the living room, 40" TV in master and 32" TV in the 2nd bedroom as well. Bring your streaming services and enjoy all your favorites!
We have installed a 24x40 ft gated pet yard for your furry friends to come along and have safe and secure off leash time too!
Stay cool in the summer in the Central air conditioning. New HVAC installed Nov 2022!
Grocery shopping in Bennington offers Price Chopper, Hannaford and Walmart for options. Fast food, gas and other shopping within 7-10 minutes drive.
Master bedroom has New King Size bed and ensuite bath with large soaking tub and separate shower.
Second Bedroom with Queen bed
Third Bedroom with twin bed.
Second bath with tub/shower is shared by the 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms.
Washer and dryer available for use.
Kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary tools to make meals. A Blender, KitchenAid Mixer to whip up your favorite baked goods, Plenty of baking tools and pans, Crock pot for those yummy meals to cook while you explore or ski, a coffee pot and a keurig brewer with stock of K-Cups supplied by Engine 3 Coffee! New air fryer added 12/2023. All Stainless appliances including a New Stainless french door refrigerator with ice maker 12/2023.
Children's Stroller available to use as well as a changing table and a pack-n-play sleeper in the twin bedroom.

We absolutely loved Delia’s place! Everything was so clean and they had everything we could ever think to need. The cows grazing across the road made for fun walks and our dog had so much space to run around. The swing set was a big hit for my nephew who we were in town visiting! We would 100% recommend this place.

4 mature ladies reunion to experience hiking and leaf peeping throughout upstate NY. All homeowners, we were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and welcoming home-like feel. The fully functioning kitchen included all the amenities and necessities for convenient meal preps.

Perfect fit

Stayed in this property with my grandparents on their mid 90s. The property obviously considers those with additional needs and grab bars. We had our pups and the dog run was wonderful. Would stay here again.

Peaceful Quite Getaway on the boarder of NY,VT,Ms

This VRBO was stocked to the brim with everything you would need. It was on the boarder of three different states , nestled on five acres of private property. It was the perfect private weekend getaway . Highly recommend for any family looking for a ski trip. The host responded to anything we needed immediately. We will definitely be back, 5 out of 5.

Almost Unqualified to Review

We arrived at this property so late and had to leave so early, I feel unqualified to review. My reason for booking was the beautiful outdoor space, which we didn't get to utilize at all. Beds were comfortable, but I could have used a bit more volume in the pillows. - So sorry we did not get to spend more time so that I could give a better review!

Exceeded Our Expectations!

Couldn’t be more pleased with this wonderful home! Nice country location, well-maintained, pleasant yard, like-new appliances, newly renovated deck, owner accessible, and on and on! Highly recommend this spot just minutes from southwestern Vermont.

Interesting architecture!

Our unit was actually a double wide trailer home assembled on site. Normal houses are built with wood and conventional building materials. This unit was a prefab one. As a result, it felt like the trailer home it was, with interior plastic walls, trim and doors. The windows were very difficult to open and the refrigerator was positioned in a narrow doorway leading to the side entrance, making access to it very difficult. The ceilings were quite low due to the trailer home configuration and large fans with glaring lights almost touch the top of my head. The decks and railings were in need of repair and refinishing. I understand this was a budget unit but the point I’m trying to make here is that the fit and finish of this unit was not accurately described in the listing. From the positive reviews in the guest log on the counter, I’m just a more discerning renter and I should have guessed as much from the price.

Great Rental!

I stayed here for one night in April 2024, on my way up to the Great Eclipse event in Burlington, VT. The interior is renovated and clean. The shower was great, the bed was comfortable. I was up bright and early and on my way. Thanks!

Clean, comfortable, well-stocked home with easy access to Bennington

Great spot, quiet, and within easy access to Bennington, VT. Home was clean and well-equipped for any needs. Great space for young kids - changing table was already set up which was very convenient for traveling with an infant. Plenty of outdoor space for our dog. We did have an issue with the water cutting off one very cold morning for about 45 mins (possibly due to ice in pipes) - the host was very responsive and helpful and immediately had guys coming out to check on it within the hour. Overall satisfied with the place.

Perfect place to stay

Loved the location - very quiet! The house has everything you could possibly need and was very clean. It worked out perfectly for my visit to the area and I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, Private Property

This is a beautiful spot. It is close to Bennington Vermont for museums, shopping, dining and far enough away to be just a nice place to sit on the porch and look at the lovely mountains or watch birds. Well set up for a rental.

Better than the pictures

Stayed for a couple nights to attend a wedding. The yard was well kept and had more than enough space to allow our pups to tire themselves out repeatedly. Perfect place for the while family.

We are the Stine's. We now live in Georgia, but have lived in NY all our lives until August 2019 when we moved South. We always love adventure and taking on a challenge. We own a LuLaRoe clothing Mobile boutique and are in process of building a Mobile Coffee Shop as well.
We still have strong ties to the area as our Children and grandchildren as still in NY. We love to share our home with new people and allow you to relax and enjoy your time away from home.
