Large terrace facing the sea overlooking a sand garden. The house comprises on the ground floor of a stay- kitchen, a bathroom and a WC.
On the 1st level, 1 bedroom with a large balcony on the sea, the chamber 2 to the rear and a toilet. At the last level the 3 bedroom attic (access is through the bedroom 1).

A great residential location, right by the sea. Beautiful beach and many excursion possibilities.The apartment was great for the three of us. Important to know that the bedroom on the 1st floor is a passage for the bedroom upstairs.

Only suitable for a family

First impression arriving on a Satuday evening after shops are closed NO TOILET PAPER Owner when we finally met shrugged and just said cleaners fault. WI FI very difficult to connect endless messages to owner and daughter ( who never opened her phone even by when we had left.) but no cable as advertised just regular. Finally after 4 days owner arrived and connected TV Stairs not suitable for very youg children or older clients. Location and facilities good. barbeque is an electric hob.

Erholsamer Herbsturlaub

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und ein Baby. Das Häuschen ist dafür sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts und es war perfekt sauber . Es ist ziemlich schmal und über 3 Etagen. Mit 4 Erwachsenen kann es bei schlechtem Wetter etwas eng sein. Für eine Familie mit Kindern ist es sicher besser geeignet. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten häufig die schöne Terrasse nutzen und die Sonnenuntergänge bewundern. Um zu dem Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach zu gelangen, muss man durch das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss gehen. Das war für uns kein Problem, aber das sollte man wissen. Ein Pluspunkt war die 2. separate Toilette im Obergeschoss.

L'appartement est directement au bord de mer. Il est très bien coupé et donc parfait pour une famille de 4 personnes. Il y a de la place pour se garer et les voisins sont très gentils. La Turballe et ses environs sont parfaits pour passer d'agréables vacances.

Maisonnette très bien située directement sur la plage, à 10 mn du centre ville. Les Marais salants sont justes derrière. L'équipement est parfait. Très bon accueil. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Sensationelle Lage, Haus sehr schön eingerichtet

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal in La Turballe aber zum ersten Mal in diesem Haus. Sehr angenehmer Vermieter und die Lage direkt hinter der Düne ist einfach toll. Wir sind zu dritt und hatten genug Platz. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, auch an einem regnerischen Tag -den wir leider hatten- hält man es drinnen gut aus. Die Küche ist hinreichend ausgestattet. Einziges Manko, dass man selbst beheben kann: der zur Verfügung gestellte Föhn ist ein sehr kleiner. Nicht so gut bei längeren Haaren. Besser dann einen mitbringen. Wir fanden es toll wie immer. Danke , Claude!

séjour famille vacances noël

maison conforme à l'annonce. Très fonctionnel et propre. Rien à redire également sur les couchages qui sont de bonne qualité. La proximité de la plage est sympa. Le quartier est vraiment calme. Nous avons pu passer les vacances que nous souhaitions passer, dépaysante, vivifiante et reposante. La région est vraiment sympa à visiter. Nous avons été bien reçu par le propriétaire Claude ROGEL. Ponctuel pour l'arrivée et le départ, ce qui est aussi très appréciable.

Wunderschönes Haus an Bester Lage

Sehr schönes Haus an bester Lage gleich am Strand. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und entspricht den Bildern, die Aufteilung auf 3 Etagen hat unseren Kindern besonders gefallen. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll dekoriert, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Nähe zum freundlichen Ort La Turballe und zu diversen Freizeitangeboten in der nahen Umgebung haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
