Bienvenido a nuestra "Leyenda del Sol Salpicado". Apartamento de nueva construcción en la parte trasera de nuestra casa. Gran espacio para el disfrute de su familia con cocina de piso abierto para el entretenimiento. Hermosa decoración con acentos minimalistas, mucha luz solar y hermosas plantas vivas. Estamos a 5 minutos del centro comercial y los mejores restaurantes. Cerca de Dominguez Hills University y Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Disfruta de las mejores playas a solo 15 a 20 minutos. A 30 minutos de Disneyland y Universal Studios. 19 min de LAX.

Wonderful stay and super convenient location

We were not aware until we received check-in instructions that the rental is actually an apartment/pool house that is attached to the host's house. We had plenty of privacy, no issues with the lay out, but thought it might be something worth putting in the title.

Absolutely fantastic 6 days in LA at the apartment. The one and only con is the water pressure isnt good BUT we would stay again next family trip. Clean and safe!

Carson Stay

The property was easy to find, parking space was saved and the apartment was adorable!! You can tell thought and care were put into decorating and making it feel comfortable and modern. We didn't use the kitchen other than for coffee but it looked liked it had all of the amenities we would have needed. The pool would be fun at the end of the day in the summer!! We would stay here again!!

Home away from home!

Such a sweet little spot tucked away from the main bustle of the city. Our family of 5 had plenty of room. The main bed was HUGE. We liked having separate rooms, and the shower felt like a spa. There was plenty of gadgets for preparing meals to save money, and the only reason we didn't live in the pool was because we had other plans- it was just cute! Hosts were so quick to respond and we felt totally safe. Would return any time!

- This place is very cute and modern. The beds were comfy and the pool was beautiful but unfortunately it was too cold to get in. One thing to be aware of is spacing in the living room is pretty small. The location is literally 20 minutes away from the airport smooth drive. Rental was equipped with amenities, such as waters, slots of towels, flat iron, shampoo, etc. The community is very clean and quiet. AC worked really good and there was 1 in each room. I highly recommend this rental.

Amazing Find…Exceptionally Considerate Hosts

My husband and I flew into LAX from ATL to celebrate our 10th Anniversary. We stayed at this rental in Carson, Ca for 5 nights. Before check-in, our hosts gave us a very detailed description of how to find the place, where to park, etc with pictures. It was perfect, since we weren’t able to arrive until 9pm. We had no trouble finding the place or knowing how to get our keys. Upon arrival, we noticed the neighborhood was very quiet and our hosts had a hand written thank you note inside. It was such a sweet touch! They also had a few waters, some various soda, and a few bags of snacks available which were greatly appreciated. The cold waters were very much needed. My husband was very happy to see the kitchen also had Starbucks Keurig pods to use. The place was a bit warm at first but once we turned on the window units, stayed the perfect temperature. The bathroom was well stocked including a hair dryer, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper. There was also some additional items in the open closet with the towels and wash rags. The shower water takes a bit to get hot, but once it is hot, it stays hot for a long time and the water pressure is amazing! My favorite thing about the whole place was the bed. The sheets were sooo soft, and each time I got in bed, I passed out almost instantly! The hosts were very courteous, gave us lots of privacy, were accessible if we needed them, and were very thoughtful. Highly recommend!

Great location and property was exactly as described

We booked this place for the second half of our California family vacation while visiting from Hawai’i. The description of the place is exactly as described. The only thing I had overlooked was that there was no access to a washer/dryer but the host gave me directions to one in the neighborhood. Very cozy place. Confident location to shops. We chose the location bc we wanted to be semi near the airport without being in the busyness. It was perfect. We even got in the pool almost everyday even though it was freezing. We were excited to see it had a pool while booking not realizing that CA would be freezing….. We even discussed coming back during warmer weather and staying at the same place just so we could enjoy the pool. . I would highly recommend this place to friends.

Oasis in LA

In town for bike races at the VeloSports Center. This location was perfect! Also easy access by bike to Palos Verdes, Long Beach, Redondo Beaches ,etc…Would definitely consider this location if visiting Disneyland or other tourist locations. Property had everything we needed to cook dinner and relax after a busy day. The neighborhood is quiet and the pool/patio is lovely. Perla and Jamie are wonderful hosts, quick responses and attentive to our requests. Would definitely book this property in the future.

Very clean & loved the pool

Spent four nights here with my husband and two kids (13 and 10). Very happy with our stay. Easy check in and out. Property was extremely clean and well-stocked. Owner is quite nice and was quick to respond the couple times a question arose. Great to have a separate room for the kids with each kid getting their own bed. We went to both Disneyland and Universal while there, and the drive was totally fine (30 minutes without traffic). Biggest PROS were general cleanliness, the bedrooms set up, very comfortable king mattress in the master bedroom (and I say that as someone who is obsessed with having a good mattress), spacious shower with good water flow, nice general vibe and decorations, and a wonderful and very clean pool where my kids literally spent seven hours one day. Can't say enough good things about the pool. The neighborhood seemed like a safe, mostly middle-class type neighborhood. There's a large Ralph's grocery store about five minutes' drive away, and we got good takeaway food nearby twice. In terms of things to be aware of, there is no laundry onsite (there is a coin-op laundromat about a mile away), and there is no dishwasher. There is also very little common space inside--the apartment is basically a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom--so hanging out was done either in the bedrooms or outside by the pool. The owner might consider swapping out the lounge chair in the kitchen area for a dining table, as I think that would be more functional. And it would be fantastic if the owner installed shelving in the bathroom and put up a few towel hooks, as the bathroom isn't really set up to accommodate four people's stuff--it's manageable, but that would help a lot. In sum, we loved our stay, we would definitely stay again, and we thought the place and the owner were great!!!

Wonderful stay....

The apartment was beautiful, very clean and well-stocked. It is conveniently located to shopping and freeways. The pool/outdoor area was wonderful. The host was extremely responsive to my concerns so that I could arrange a visit between my medically fragile mother and her out-of-state teenage grandsons. I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again.
