Bienvenido a "La Dolche Beacha", una espaciosa y nueva casa de playa magníficamente amueblada ubicada en Inlet Beach. Perfect location

The house has amazing views. Just a short walk to the private beach access. Location was great. We walked to Rosemary beach and to breakfast every morning. The steps to the rooftop will keep you in shape and totally worth it for the view!

Great stay!

This is a wonderful beach house in a great location! Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Walk to beach is very short and the community pool is just across the street. We would love to stay again!

Gorgeous property with all the creature comforts. Easy, short walk to the beach access. The home was delightful. We had a couple maintenance issues that were met with quick, professional attention and responses that fixed the issues.

Amazing

This house is gorgeous, very clean and just a few steps to the sand. We loved the spacious bedrooms and the rooftop area was great! We watched movies and the sunset from there almost every night.

What a beautiful home with great views from the top deck and bedrooms. We needed a coffee pot replaced and more washcloths, they promptly delivered them . Comfortable beds and nice bedding. The beach was just a short walk. We loved using Jay’s beach service. Beautiful well equipped kitchen, not a lot of storeage for grocery and food items if you are a family who cooks in.

Family Trip

We did a quick trip to the 30A area for my mom's 65th birthday just us adult kids and parents. This house was perfect. Great location, great accommodations. We loved the roof top deck. Lots of stairs! So if you have older people with you, just know that. Otherwise it could not have been better! Thank you!

The best house in Inlet Beach

Absolutely stunning beach house! The beauty of the place took my breath away. The spacious interior provided a sense of freedom, while the immaculate cleanliness added a touch of luxury to the experience. Equipped with everything one could possibly need, it made the stay effortless. And oh, that sunset view from the terrace! It was nothing short of magical – the perfect backdrop for relaxation and unwinding. With its convenient beach access, we were able to effortlessly set up our chairs on the sandy shore, enjoying the paradise-like surroundings. This beach house truly exceeded expectations in every way. I would definitely come back !!

Too many issues with houseThe beach access was the best part of this rental - hence the 1 star. The home has so many issues it wasn’t worth the price we paid. Every day was a different issue. Communication with itrip was good, but doesn’t matter if the home is the problem. On arrival, the main floor AC unit was broken so we had a portable unit for the entire stay. They replaced it on our last day. We had 3 sink/tub drains clog, a toilet handle that broke, which required the plumber to come out twice. And that wasn’t the worst part - the sheets on the master bed hadn’t been changed (the first night we got in bed, there was sand under the top sheet). I had to pull them off and wash them. I had to unload the dishes from the dishwasher from the previous guest. We killed FOUR roaches in the kitchen and every morning we found roach droppings on the counter…so disgusting! You’ll see from other reviews, the owners have 75% of the cabinets, and pantry, locked so ALL our groceries for the week had to remain on the counter. I don’t know what’s in the locked pantry but I’ve got to believe that’s where the roaches are coming from.

Beach view, close to beach

We stayed with 4 adults and 4 kids under 12. The kitchen has been stalked with more items than the reviews last summer. A griddled and potholders were the only items we needed that they didn’t have. No big deal. The roof top area was great, we got in our steps waking up the 4th floor. The small pool across the street was great to cool off after the short walk to the beach. There is quite a bit of construction in the area, we had to ask crews to move a couple times but never had any other issues.

Nice house but terrible smell emanating from water heatet

Nice property but smell emanating from water heater made it inhabitable for first two days. Owner/Property Manager refused to resolve the issue by replacing the water heater. A multimillion dollar property but would not spend a couple of hundred dollars on a new water heater! Amazing poor decision. Would not recommend dealing with these people.

Fantadstic BUT

We had a rotten or dead animal like smell in kitchen & property mgmt was called on first day. Was told sorry & maintenance would be sent out. The 3rd floor electrical lights & TV big screen woukd not work & reported on same call. The house was great otherwise but needless to say we ate every meal out & stayed out of kitchen and I love to cook/entertain. No mention of vouchers for beach. I woukd like to return early June w/all these things taken care ahead of time. I hope the owners know that the compamy did not do tbeir job & take care of tjis great property. This was our 20th year to visit Risemary/Inlet Beach. Sincerely,

Beautiful House but full of Issues

The house itself was beautiful! The issues and the management that came with it was not. This house is actually owned by iTrip vacations which I did not know at the time of booking. On arrival, one person used the restroom and the whole house began to stink. It smelled like sewage. The management company told us to run the water and it should go away. For the most part it improved, but the house still smelled horrible for about 24-36 hours. Just something you would think they would take care of prior to guest arriving if they knew the house had been empty all winter. The first towel we pulled out to use appeared to have blood on it, so that was gross. On arrival, we only entered the main level and went out to dinner prior to our return. When we returned we went to our bedrooms and the air was not working on the second level. It was so HOT that when you walked into a room it knocked the breath out of you. We tried to turn the air off, but even with the unit off it continued to blast hot air. No one answered the phone or text line over night. Those two bedrooms were so hot they were unable to be used. The next day maintenance showed up and said it was an HVAC issue. HVAC guy finally arrived around 5pm and said the problem needed fixing but he couldn’t fix it that day, but he did remove some trash which made the air situation a little better. The management team was completely unhelpful and said “at least it’s not 100 degrees outside.” Burning up for more than 1/2 our stay.

La Dolche Beacha, Inlet Beach

The beach, views and location were amazing! The home was clean and decorated nicely. And while we enjoyed our week, had the property description been accurate, we would have chosen another property. There are ZERO cabinets available to renters for kitchen storage. The unlocked cabinets are filled with everything needed to cook and serve meals but the majority of the cabinets and pantry are locked leaving only the counters and island to place unrefrigerated items which is cluttered during meal prep and serving and a constant battle with a toddler. My sister and I travelled with our six children and rented from Saturday to Saturday, there was no internet access until Thursday night. Property maintenance had been out twice and reported it was an area outage, only after requesting a partial refund was the service provider contacted and we learned there was no line to the home whatsoever, meaning no possibility of service. This was very inconvenient with a three year old and a college student taking an online course. Overall we enjoyed our week, but do not feel the owners/managers are considerate to their renters.

Second Summer that we have vacationed at this great house in the heart of Inlet Beach. Close to Rosemary and PCB, but positioned in a location that has reduced congestion and easy access to HWY 98.

The VIEW

This property was amazing. Right next to the beach and the view from the top deck is phenomenal. We essentially stayed on the roof the entire time we were at the house. It is very close to shops and good food. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful House, Ideal Location, Kitchen Was Only Issue

This house was absolutely beautiful and in an ideal location with a short walk to the beach! Perfect setup for groups wanting to visit with lovely common areas on the 1st & 4th floors and bedrooms in the middle. Property management company was very helpful with any questions or requests. Only complaint is that the listing says the kitchen was fully stocked to be able to cook, and it was sparse at best. 75% of the cabinets were locked so there wasn't even anywhere to put groceries. We had to borrow a big pot from the neighbors and there weren't even casserole dishes. If you are planning on cooking, I would recommend bringing any supplies you need.

Lovely location and home. Kitchen lacking in some areas. No large serving bowls, one old baking sheet, no large serving utensils. For a family vacation-with family cooking- felt limiting. As well, so many of the cabinets were locked such as the pantry and long pantry cabinets, there was no storage for groceries. We stayed for a week and Everything had to be on kitchen counters. If one or the other had been available- would have been great. Also - no information book in home regarding recommendations for food and activities in area . A bit of local insider information would have been appreciated. I do understand being given only starter goods but not even a trash bag in kitchen upon arrival, nor one clean sponge etc... But overall a wonderful home and location. I would recommend to friends and family . We did love our stay!

Best Gulf View

Thank you for opening up your home. It was Wonderful. Location was great even though walkway to beach was under repair. The extremely comfortable beds and light cancelling curtains were so appreciated. The kitchen could use a few more cutting boards and cooking utensils. Most cabinets were under lock and key in the kitchen which made us feel half welcome except we understood it’s your personal home too. A hose to wash of sand and or outside shower would be great additions to keep sand out of your lovely home. Thank you again for opening your home to us. We loved our stay.
