Amazing!

This house exceeded expectations and was absolutely beautiful! It was spacious and cozy! The kitchen was stocked with everything you may need which isn’t always the case with vacation rentals. The location was perfect and we loved Seacrest village! We will definitely be back in the future!

Beautiful Home

Upon arrival, we were happy that the home was exactly like the pictures. The home has a nice modern beach feel to it. We were a family of 6 adults, and 4 children, the layout was perfect, every bedroom has their own full bath which is great. The family room was spacious for all 10 of us to sit at one time, large kitchen and family room. The swing on the upper level was so relaxing, plenty of different areas to hang out. Though this home is not on the water or by the pool, both are a quick tram ride away. This home also had plenty of kitchen gadgets and utensils to utilize during your stay. We would definitely rent again.

Fabulous Stay!

This property was gorgeous and perfect for a group of 8 girls. The common areas were great for hanging out and cooking together, and each room having its own bathroom/large beds made the stay very comfortable and easy. The property is across the street from one of the tram spots which was great for a beach day. We’ll definitely be back!

Awesome House, but witnessed crime across the street

We were very pleased with the house itself - the decor is very warm and welcoming. The house also comes quite supplied, however, no baby essentials were provided (crib/pack 'n play, high chair, etc.). We ended up just buying from Target as they were more reasonable (and cleaner) than renting. Our family with young children and elder grandparents have stayed in this community at least 5 times over the past several years. This was the first time I felt unsafe. I was awakened at around 11pm on a Friday night to WITNESS a crime scene taking place across the street. Apparently, some teen spring-breakers were trying to sell alcohol to the folks staying across the street (whom they had NO relationship with and did not know), they said no, and they started BEATING THEM UP. I walked out on the upper balcony to witness a screaming lady (in her upper 60s screaming "CALL THE POLICE"), which I did immediately, and apparently, so did other neighbouring houses. I saw these teens hitting, kicking and punching elder men and WOMEN (again, all 60 years of age). This happened on the second night of our stay, and I am so sad to have witnessed this very unfortunate and tragic scene. This obviously has no reflection on the house itself, but this was a literal crime I witnessed from this house's balcony... I can't help but think and ask myself, would my parents, my husband, and I be the ones getting beat up if we were the ones on our front porch?

Wonderful property…

We’ve stayed in Rosemary Beach several times and these accommodations were by far the best. Everything you could ask for is provided in the house. The location is perfect.

Fabulous Home

This particular home is fabulous in every way. The house is beautiful, and spotlessly clean and well stocked. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen appliances are top notch. It is situated in a super convenient location to everything you need and in a very quiet community. The check in process is well coordinated and simple. After our experience this week, we will definitely seek this house for future stays!

Beautiful home at a great location

My family enjoyed our stay in Seacrest at the beautiful home.the living room has a comfortable sofa and open floor plan. The front porch was so nice in the early evenings to sit and have a glass of wine. My kids enjoyed the upstairs deck swing in the mornings.the beds were very comfortable. The house was well stocked with initial supplies. I’ll be back again.

Family Fun In the Sun!

Katmanblu is the place to stay for beautiful surroundings and comfortable, convenient accommodation! The management was excellent to work with and the home was immaculate! We had a few requests that were out of the norm I'm sure and they did everything possible to accommodate us. Our family of 11 slept great and played hard. The beach was close to walk but the tram service was great on overly hot days or if carrying a lot of things! The restaurants in the area are superb but for those days that you just want to be at home, Katmanblu has all the essentials you need to make a meal! The home is situated in a perfect location and our whole family LOVED staying here!! We can't wait to come back and we will FOR SURE look to stay here again. If your visiting 30A… with a small or large group of people you want to stay at KATMANBLU… you will be so glad you did!

Beautiful Home

Great house and location

Would stay here again-lovely property. Just beware that if you book during hurricane season or any situation comes up, you can not cancel/reschedule, so would need travel insurance.

PERFECT House for Family Vacation

Our stay during June 25-July02, 2022, could not have been more perfect! From the moment we drove up to this beautiful home, we knew we were in for a treat. Our family of ten enjoyed the spacious home as it provided a private getaway for the "marrieds" and space for the "grands" to play. From the respite found on one of three outdoor seating areas with beautiful and comfortable furniture to the most comfortable of beds…Katmanblu is the perfect retreat. The high-end kitchen provided every utensil/ware/pot/pan we needed to prepare our meals. Ample seating provided around the circle table for our meals and during our evening game time was perfect. The provision of beach chairs and an outdoor shower were perfect for our visit to and return from the beach. The pool….omg, the pool is enormous and the perfect place to cool after a hot day. It is a perfect 5-7 min walk to pool. I'd suggest using the public beach access (a short 10min drive)as opposed to the private beach for Seacrest….the private beach is too crowded. There is easier access to the public beach. You will NOT be disappointed if you select Katmanblu! The pictures you will view are true representation of this beautiful home. We will definitely return.

Best home we have stayed at in our 8 years of renting homes in Seacrest!

Katmanblu was the best house we have stayed in Seacrest and we have stayed in many! We really appreciated the little things the house had that others don't such as pump hand soap, travel shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, dish soap, zip-lock bags etc. We replenished items we used, but we still loved that they were all there for us! We have also had issues with rentals being cleaned properly in the past and this home was very clean! Again, we truly loved the home!

Amazing Place to Stay!

We loved our time at Katmanblu. It comfortably fit our entire family and had everything you could think of. The house is extremely close to the tram stop which made it incredibly easy to go to the beach, pool and nearby village. The entire area is 'picture perfect' and everyone is so friendly. The management staff checked in regularly to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We would definitely recommend!!
