Beautiful Beach Get-Away

Beautiful beach get-away with all the amenities provided!! Single family home just steps from Mission Beach and Mission Bay. Sleeps up to 8 with the studio. Perfect for a family vacation or an adult get-away!!

Our three-story beach home features a main floor on the second level with living and dining areas that open to the kitchen and balcony. The primary bedroom, also on the main floor, provides a retreat with a king size bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom, loft room, and bathroom are located on the third floor. The large second bedroom has queen size bed and a sun-room/sitting area. The loft room has sloped ceilings and two full beds - it's perfect for kids. A deck with ocean views and a game nook for kids is also located on the third floor. The ground level patio has a large table and gas grill for your exclusive use.
This rental also includes the ground floor studio which can be accessed through the patio and garage. The studio has beach wood flooring, stainless steel appliances, a small kitchen area, living area, bathroom, a nook with a double bed, and French doors that open to the patio.

Our property is located on a quiet court. It's a perfect location for a relaxing vacation, but it's not appropriate for a party destination.

Amenities: Enjoy all modern amenities during your stay, including a smart TV that also has a YouTube TV subscription, and high speed wireless internet. Our home is furnished in a comfortable, classic beach style with designer finishes throughout including granite counters and a fully equipped kitchen. (Our home does not have air conditioning, but we provide moveable fans for your use.)

We provide boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella and a cooler for your convenience. A Pack-n-play, high chair, and baby gate are available upon request.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS PLEASE.

Location: Our home is conveniently located in North Mission Beach, just 50 yards from the Pacific Ocean and 150 yards from Mission Bay. We are just blocks from Crystal Pier, the Catamaran Spa, the Mission Bay Aquatic Center, restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping, volleyball courts, and countless water-sports. The historic Belmont Park roller coaster/oceanfront amusement park is less than a 1 mile stroll or bike ride down the boardwalk, and countless famous San Diego attractions are just a short drive away: SeaWorld (3.5 miles), San Diego Zoo (10 miles), Legoland (28 miles), Airport (7 miles).

Enjoy water sports by day and San Diego’s fabulous sunsets and Sea World fireworks every night!

Parking: Two parking spaces are available in an enclosed garage that will accommodate a large SUV. Additional vehicles can be parked on the street, but street parking anywhere in Mission Beach can be tough.

Because our home is located in North Mission Beach, you also get to skip much of the beach traffic heading in to and out of the Mission Beach area.

I stayed with two of my sons and their wives the week before Christmas 2025 - we had a greet time. The property was close to the ocean and bay - and restaurants / bars. The host was super responsive and helpful. The property was clean and well provisioned. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It fit our family very well.The house was well stocked with everything we wanted for a great beach vacation. The outdoor patio and balcony were perfect for enjoying meals together. The location was great being close to the beach, the bay and restaurants. The location could not be better -steps to the beach or the bay. The house was clean and comfortable, and the layout (1 b downstairs, 2 up) was perfect for our group of 2 children, their parents and grandparents.

The place was very well equipped! Board games, beach chairs & towels, beach toys, even a play pen. Location was great. Very short walk to the beach and you can see it from the balcony. Host was awesome to work with. I managed to lock myself out and they were able to get me back in quickly.

Fun location

We were all new to San Diego and didn’t realize what an excellent location this rental was. It was just a short drive from the airport, and right in the middle of shops restaurants and our choice of ocean or bay beaches. We had come mainly to go to the zoo. And that wasn’t much of drive either. The street was quiet in the evening, although there was lots going on close by. The owner had beach toys and towels for us to use, and a play area on the top floor that the kids enjoyed. All in all a lovely stay.

Awesome long weekend

It was more than enough room for the 5 of us. It was walking distance to beach and a very short walk to beach. Well worth the money. Will stay there again on our next trip out to San Diego.

This was our second stay at this beach home. Great location, garage is stocked with lot's of beach supplies. Close to some great local restaurants, and grocery store about 1/2 a mile away. Parking spaces for a big SUV, (I have an Sequoia) plus 2 mid sized cars. The host is available and responds to massages in a timely manner. A couple of little things could be fixed( bottom closet where beach towels are stocked, hard to open) but so minor, not an issue,. House is clean, beautiful, lots of space for families. I love this house, and PB has the best vibe

Spring Break 2025

First plane ride for kids and decided to do Southern California by the beach. Found this place on VRBO and the reviews do not do this place and location any justice. Awesome location and view. We rented a car to get to Zoo and SeaWorld and this location is a stone throws away from the each. My kids favorite part of trip was the beach and ocean. Will definitely come back to this place and recommend it as well. Communication was great. No waiting for any response. Thanks for an excellent time and stay.

Property was cute - little hard to find for grocery delivery and our uber rides but other than that we had no noise complaints which I was worried about as we were a group of girls. Close to PB but further away from downtown San Diego. Couch bed is not comfortable but everything else was okay.
